Ryan and his team were very much on top of their game with the transaction I was a part of. As a listing agent, it was really nice to know where the loan file was at all times. I never had to wonder, and that was so nice. They closed on time and we had no hiccups on the loan side. Taylor Macintosh and the broader supporting team (Brian & Andrea) were amazing throughout the entire process. I was in search of an investment property within the Seattle area over the span of 9+ months. The team was helpful and patient while finding 'the right one' and provided a ton of feedback and insight. I most appreciated the super quick response time whenever I reached out with a question.
