“I have been renting from Arm Guard for 17 years now. They have always been very friendly and I have never had any issues trying to access my storage unit. The units are heated and inside. I have even moved units within that time frame and they will always work with you. There even really nice when you forget to give your insurance when you switch companies. Security is awesome! There is someone there 24/7! I highly recommend!!”

“I have rented from here occasionally over the past 3 years. I would gladly give it 4 stars until very recently. I reserved a vehicle , and it was not returned from the previous user on time. the proprietor volunteered to open on his day off just to help me out. I did not ask. He suggested it”

“I ended up not needing a truck, but the lady on the other line was super nice and friendly(even when I asked her to hold for a sec bcz I got another call), so I would definitely recommend this location.”
“It wasn't a problem with this location, but I had reserved a location closer to my storage unit, and the reservation was changed to this location. That increased the cost of my rental due to mileage. Overall, it wasn't a HUGE issue, but it still cost me more. You shouldn't be able to reserve vehicles unless they are available.”
“There's nothing I can think of, really. Besides the location itself being in such a remote location but very well maintained and lit up, the whole rental process was fantastic thanks to Natalie at Trojan Storage.”
“The staff is always polite and accommodating. We rent a lot of trucks and we always check this location first and only go elsewhere if they don't have what we need. Went in there on a super chaotic day, observed a very rude customer on their way out, and still received excellent service from the young woman at the desk and from the gentleman who goes to retrieve the trucks.”
“I had a very smooth experience with this company & was very impressed with how well the truck ran as well as the gas mileage..like SUPER impressed with gas mileage.
The only minor issue was the woman that worked there, who came across a bit cold & edgy..
