My experience Angel and the store manager (apologies I forgot his name) was stellar. I required a last minute need for storage so they maintained consistent communication and provided excellent assistance to meet my abrupt need. They are also very patient, respectful, customer friendly, and hospitable. I highly recommend their business to other patrons. Thank you again. - Isaac

Called in about getting a unit, spoke with a very nice lady named angel. She was able to explain the process and everything to me without making me need to ask more questions. She was very detailed and helpful.

This was convenient and easy to manage. We were there almost a year and everything went fine, but they increased the price and added mice. I went to pick some luggage up and everything was covered in mice poo. There was even a dead one. I asked the office how can this be? They said, you dont have rodent protection. ???? Never said a word to me about it, so if you are there make sure to get it. I thought I was paying to keep my stuff protected. We had to throw away our stuff because of this. We got out of there immediately.
