FedEx cares nothing about driver safety issues. On multiple occasions I've called with complaints about their drivers driving into our gated condo community far exceeding our 5 mph speed limit. Last summer, I prevented one driver from hitting two children who were playing but got too close to the area where cars drive. We have seniors and families here that walk the property throughout the day. Cars trying to back out cant do so expediently making an accident waiting to happen because of the FedEx drivers speeding. We have vehicles merging from the backside of our community to the main driveway. Again, with the speed of the FedEx drivers, another accident waiting to happen. If FedEx cannot follow the community rules, then perhaps they'd prefer parking across the street and hand carrying in their deliveries. When I called to speak to a manager, I was given 3 different stories by 3 different reps about why I could or could not speak with one. One rep placed me on hold for 20 minutes. Come on FedEx. Take some responsibility and accountability....before one of your drivers kills someone.
