FedEx I give you only 1 star because they can even help figuring out with their delivery men where he delivered the mail to wrong house or how the mail got lost when they delivered it or idk maybe the delivery person take home the mail 🤷

GUYS. if you’re going to be closed off hours, maybe change the hours on here? I’ve gone to this location 4 times “during hours” and they are closed. Sign in the door. Then I call the number listed to try to see what’s going on, and the PHONE TREE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING EVER. I wanted to scream and throw my phone through the wall on how terrible and unhelpful the phone tree is
Side note, every time I’ve been to this location and the doors are open, the staff and employees are amazing.

Dropped off some packages to be shipped yesterday and had a great experience! Shirley was super kind and helped me out with getting my presents delivered in time for Christmas. Really, really appreciate it and will definitely be returning here next time I need something shipped! Thank you :)

Was told that we couldn't be helped with confirming our online order, because they were busy. Regardless of the 1 hour promised response thats part of the process. Leaving consumers wondering if it will be done in time. Very disconnected from their own process, and acceptable level of service. I would not recommend using if you have anything important with a deadline!

Every single time I come to this location something goes wrong or no one knows what they're doing. They also have no time management skills as all of their jobs are behind or slow or some other excuse for not being on time. Ive been here many times and its always a mess, case in point I needed 1 page to be printed and the genius helping me decided to start a 15 minute print job and made me wait for my 1 page. Absolutely hate this location, they need to hire people who know what they're doing. UPS down the street is run much better with more competent employees.

This must be one of the best FedEx offices in the country, it's because I met the manager of this office while he was covering at another location. Buddy is the manager, and Buddy is the man! So many wonderful people at FedEx, Buddy being one of the best!

Their hours are off by 4 hours. This caused me to be unable to send off a package in time because they closed FOUR hours before it said online.

I use this FedEx store very frequently to print business cards, flyers, large posters and more. The staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful and provide wonderful customer service. On top of that, I’ve always received high quality products. Thank you to the staff for being so great! I love this place.
