For so many years I been a loyal customer to get my oil change here even though sometimes I have to deal with a rude employees but after today I ain't coming back ! What the purpose of having an set up appointment if you have to wait 3 to 4 hours for your oil change ! Bad customer service!

Very poor service. The mechanic told me that engine oil pan needs to be changed. When I asked if he changed the oil already he answered yes. When I asked how is he going to change it if he is going to dump the oil out, so he said, “You can change it when you come next time.”When I started driving, the oil started licking more. When I went to my acquaintance, mechanic, and when he was changing the engine oil pan, he said that at the Firestone shop didn’t twisted back the oil pan correctly, and probably even didn’t change the oil because the oil was very dark and dirty.

Engine light was on. Had the scanner technician run the test for 100 plus dollars. Came back and said my throttle assembly cane back as the needing replacement. I get it that the codes can back negative for the assembly but how about you check the assembly? They did not. Told me it was going to cost over 2000 to fix. I did not have them fix it. Took it 2 over auto techs for local repair shops. They ran tests with no problems on the scanner add on the assembly. This is why I will never go to Firestone again. They are taking advantage of people. Don't get your car fixed at Firestone!

Took my Volvo there last year to get an alignment. They messed up the first time by adjusting the toe wrong which was causing a hard pull, took it back to them with the complaint and they adjusted the toe and then didn't get my steering wheel alignment straight and the tech tried to tell me it was an issue regarding my tire which was new and had no issue, took it to another Firestone location and they fixed it.
Took my Mitsubishi in today and rightfully they showed me a few problems I had with it. However the tech wrote that my tierods could not be adjusted even though on the paper it showed that he adjusted one (or he tampered with the adjustment device to make it look correct) however when going to pay the discounted $189 lifetime alignment the bill came out to $230 which I was confused because 189 with tax should not have been that high. They then proceeded to tell me there was shop supply fee's. On an alignment you don't use brake clean, rags, chemicals, disposable's I was not made aware of this prior. I will be contacting corporate and BBB.

Service tech ensured that we knew the details of why dash lights came on and told us what to do in order to fix it. They also answered our questions about suggested services.

One of their lifts broke so my oil change took longer than expected. I know it's not their fault. Would've been cool to get a credit or like $10 or $20 off my service : )

I went in for an alignment that should have taken 30 mins but I was their for almost 2 hours. The shop did not have a Master Tech working so they had a C tech do the job. He couldn't get it aligned with in specs, because he wasn't comfortable doing the alignment. I had to call y son who used to work for Firestone as a Master Tech and speak with the girl at the counter and explain how to do the alignment. Again she said the tech was inexperienced in doing alignments. I was also charged $19.00 for Shop Supplies. There are No shop supplies used on an Alignment.
