I went in for an alignment that should have taken 30 mins but I was their for almost 2 hours. The shop did not have a Master Tech working so they had a C tech do the job. He couldn't get it aligned with in specs, because he wasn't comfortable doing the alignment. I had to call y son who used to work for Firestone as a Master Tech and speak with the girl at the counter and explain how to do the alignment. Again she said the tech was inexperienced in doing alignments. I was also charged $19.00 for Shop Supplies. There are No shop supplies used on an Alignment.

I scheduled an appointment for regular maintenance at 30k miles on my 2013 brz, I brought it in for a specific reason, to get my transmission fluid changed and to get my rear diff fluid changed. And which I had scheduled an appointment for almost a week in advance and I dropped off my vehicle over 30 minutes early. It took 4 hours of jumping through hoops just for them to tell me this service was unnecessary because there was no signs of it going out and since the mileage was low. I mean do you wait for your engine to start ticking to change the oil??? No you change it in intervals based on the manufacturers recommendation. I would not recommend this shop or Firestone in general to anybody that needs a quick, easy, upfront service.

Just don’t go here. Made an appointment, in advance, for noon. Simple wheel alignment. Get a call 5 hours later saying they couldn’t get to it and wanted to keep it another day. Took a day off work to get this done, and set up a ride to and from. I have the lifetime alignment package, so I assume they’ll push you since you’re a “free service” after the first one. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Nice staff and clean lobby. I never felt pressured for an upsell.

So I brought my girlfriend 2009 Legacy to have the rear brakes done and a front and alignment. I was quoted by the front desk person a price of $811 after tax out the door. After we went and picked it up at 4:45 PM from them having it all day long to complete a rear brake job and an alignment we were hit with a bill of $988 including tax looking at the estimate that was provided it appears on the actual bill that they provided the math comes out to them quadrupling the price of the rotors from that of what they provided on the estimate and then applying a minuscule discount. Not only that but on their suggested repairs list, they suggested a diagnostic of the windshield wiper spraying function, and I found that extremely weird considering the fact that the sprayer worked worked before going there that morning and just to see if they were lying we tested the sprayer in the parking lot when we picked up the vehicle because obviously we declined to have a diagnostic done and loan behold the sprayer for the windshield. Washer works, take your business elsewhere from these thieves

Ok I’m impressed. I have always preferred Firestone tires but in getting follow up service has been maddening. The reason for that is even with an appointment an oil change and tire rotation has always taken around four hours which is ridiculous.Dropping off a vehicle and getting a ride to and from the shop isn’t something I do because it wastes other peoples’ time so I always wait at the shop.Taking half a Saturday for such simple work is completely unacceptable and for that reason I almost bought a different brand of tires because of that.So I tried one more Firestone store in Puyallup and was in and out in an hour and a half. I am completely satisfied with that timeframe as it is very reasonable. I’m glad I found this shop and will keep going to them in the future.

I’ve been a regular customer for 7years now, I get all the important repairs done at Firestone because the work is excellent and with a good guarantee. They have complete auto care. It’s a reliable service where we can make appointments that good for us. And friendly workers whenever they see someone is standing at the desk they will come and ask if you need any help. Several of the employees will come and ask if you stand at the desk They really pay attention to the desk in the door. That’s very good. You never have to wait without someone greeting you in less than a minute.

I would have to tell you to avoid this location. I came in two days ahead of time, explaining that I needed a set of tires as I was driving up to Alaska. We set the date and the time and I drop my car off at seven in the morning, they told me they called me no later than 3 o’clock and it would be done. Closer to four I came in and personnel apologize they had not even started on my vehicle. They said they had called me, but realized it was the wrong number hung up and never bothered to call me back again. At that point I picked up my keys and left.

I added the full inspection, and the gave a long list of things that I need to have fixed. I've taken my car into other shops, but only do the requiered fix and send me on my way. I appreciate that the crew at Firestone gave me to full run down. Its going to cost me, but I'd rather pay for repairs than to die on the side of the road.

I have used Firestone for over a decade and this location was fantastic. I just moved to a new state and with an older vehicle (11yrs), I knew I was bound to have an issue or two after driving it 1,100 miles. Without an appointment, I was not expecting a fast turnaround and I figured my vehicle would take a couples of days just to be looked at. I couldn’t drive it anyway, due to overheating. I am very grateful and appreciative of their hard work.

For a while Firestone was my place where my cars were getting checked/serviced/fixed. And I was recommended to my friends and family.Recently I had a tire rotation and alignment done. And one of the nuts got stuck. And when I was doing break service to my car and when I came to the stuck nut, my project stopped. When I came to the shop, I got scheduled to fix the problem. The way was handled, they gained more of my trust. And even on that service day I had told to my friends about the awesomeness of the team at this location.
