Good for the most part, but it would be nice if the cluster of employees at the front desk could put something on the 6 TV’s other than the Roku screensaver (50/50 chance Roku screensaver is all you get to watch while doing cardio)

Very unprofessional the “manager” Jake is unprofessional called me a liar when I had my son’s membership cancelled after injury said it was never cancelled over the phone (it was) but after 90 days bill started rolling in. I show up in person he continues to argue with what actually happened. Just an awful business model to take money for no services and no refund total garbage! I don’t recommend it at all.

It’s okay. Helpful staff. Not gross but could be better kept. Not 24h on the weekends. My main problem with this establishment is I once had insufficient funds and my membership was paused (no penalty) yet when I closed my payment account and did not provide a new one they retained my membership and held me accountable for missed payments and late fees. They had of course contacted me for updated payment info, but made no mention that I was still being charged regardless of no payment info. Would have gone to collections. 30 days notice required to cancel (must be done in person), so do that the day of your payment or expect to pay another month. Good staff though.

Great gym. My wife and I have been going here for over a year and haven’t had any negative experiences. The staff is very knowledgeable and what to help in anyway. They really care about helping people reach their fitness goals. The personal training included with the membership to get started and maintain every month are great for newbies and vets. I haven’t been pressured to do or buy anything from any member of this staff and neither has my wife. The sauna is great and very big. Anytime I have found an issue with a machine they have been extremely prompt fixing it or removing g it from service until it’s safe. If I could give FQ Puyallup 10 stars, I would. Keep up the great work guys.

It feels like the Puyallup location has been going downhill in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. During our last visit, two of the cleaner spray bottles were empty, which was disappointing since members are expected to wipe down equipment after use. The staff should be monitoring these things more closely.
We also attended the Biggest Loser kickoff event in Auburn and it felt more like a timeshare presentation. The owner came across very unprofessional—more like a used car dealer—sitting in the corner with a microphone, talking about his accomplishments and wealth while critiquing his staff in front of everyone. It was awkward and embarrassing for the staff, who seem to get little real support or encouragement.
Additionally, the Auburn location is extremely loud during the Zumba class, which makes it hard to focus on anything else.

They make it hard to cancel your membership. They wouldn't cancel it on the phone and I had to come out of state to tell them to cancel.
Despite that, they still charged me the monthly and 90 days fee despite me cancelling before that. The bank apparently still went in their favor.
Beware when you sign up.

Gym is always dirt. No cleaning supplies. No napkins. Clothes have been in the men's restroom near the shower for 2 weeks. I keep seeing the same stuff on the floor and that's been a week. I can't believe I pay for this gym. Totally not worth our yearly service fee. How disrespectful to the members.
