Unfortunately I have had the opportunity to have visited this place three times over 20 years. Two different vehicles. Fortunately they do an awesome job and they even detailed the interior before I get it back so it's cleaner than ever if you need auto repair work fix will do it well!

Exceptional service and communication the entire process! After repair was complete, we had to install new trim on door and I was on business travel, they came to my home and took vehicle for the repair. Came home and everything was as expected. Would recommend their services for your body work.

Dear Fix Auto,
Thank you for being amazing year after year on many levels. In 2025, businesses have found ways to do the bare minimum and somehow charge you more. You have always outdone yourself.
I’ve been twice, one accident my fault and another someone else’s fault and each time the service and attention to detail made my cars look like new.
I had an incident 8 months ago (I was rear ended) and they got me back on the road in no time. They told me that if anything goes wrong, we will fix it. I started having an issue with my parking sensor and I went into fix told them the issue. They had me come the next day and the guy that originally fixed my car fixed my parking sensor and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Other places would have found a mountain of paperwork, headaches and nickle and dime you to death. They just did it because they stand by their work.
I’m writing this lengthy review, to say thank you for standing out and being amazing.

Fix auto was amazing, they took care of my mom who is 89 years young , her car was stolen. We got it back and fix auto made my mom's car like new. She loves it. Thank you do much

I will start by saying I picked Fix Auto over some other body shops because of their positive reviews, and honestly their work was good, the customer service and communication is where it all fell apart.
I dropped off my primary vehicle for repair, the office told me they would need it for a week. I made arrangements for transportation for 1 week. I called for an update and to schedule pick up after 1 week. I was told, “the bodywork is done but we broke your tail-light putting it back together, we will need your vehicle for a few more days” I was now responsible for finding transportation out of pocket as my vehicle wasn’t ready, I obtained the cheapest rental vehicle available for 4 days. The gentleman at Fix Auto that I dealt with told me to bring the receipt when I picked up my vehicle and “he would make it right”. Conveniently when I picked up my vehicle the manger that was on (not the one I had spoken to) had not been told about my situation and didn’t know that I had been told to bring the receipt. He took my receipt and copied it to “request reimbursement”. That was 2 months ago. I’ve called the shop and messaged their corporate support to no avail. Very disappointed with the customer service at Fix Auto in Puyallup.

My 2004 Silverado was hit in both doors and needed repaired so I took it to Fix Auto as they were recommended to me. I was told to have a full tank of gas when I dropped it off, which I thought was odd, but I filled it anyway. I dropped it off on September 4th 2024. Today October 14th 2024, I picked it up with 1/4 tank of gas and over 200 miles on the trip meter which I reset when filled it 4 miles from their shop. How can you put 200+ miles on my truck in your yard? Also my exhaust was knocked loose when the collision occurred but was told "it is rusted out", which it was not. Rusted or not, it happened as a direct result of the collision. Also the rocker panel under the doors was still scratched from the collision and wasn't even touched, so i fixed it myself with touch up paint I had, so it wouldn't rust. You guys won't be getting any recommendation from me.

It's who Puyallup Nissan uses, and I wanted to use a Nissan certified body shop. Parts were a little slow , but that's not Fix Auto's fault. Work was great and they were very professional. I would recommend them and if needed I would use them again.
