My car was stolen middle of November. Recovered shortly thereafter with what looked to be minor repairs needed. Had my car sent to Fix Auto as they are a preferred repair center with my insurance and close to home. Once there, they found out there was potential engine damage from the joy ride these thieves took my car on. They immediately got on the waiting list for a local mechanic to diagnose and got my car over there for inspection. Kept me updated along the way of the whole process. Car ended up being totaled once the quote for repairs was submitted to insurance, but I'm very pleased with the friendliness and communication I received from the staff at Fix Auto!

I had small scratches on my rear bumper. They checked it out and said they'd order parts. It took over a month to get the parts and get on the books with a date to have the car repaired. They don't have after hours drop off and I had to be at work at 7am on Monday so I had to drop the car off on Friday afternoon. By the end of Tuesday they still hadn't taken the car apart to begin fixing it. Then I was told they needed to order parts even though parts were supposedly ordered way before I dropped the car off. I never got an estimated finish time. It took them almost 3 weeks to repair cosmetic damage on a bumper. Insurance covered a rental car the entire time. Makes you wonder if the rental car franchise office is owned by the same owner as these guys... I took my other car into a different shop around the same time. The other car had structural damage to the back and side of the car. My other car was fixed in less than 72 hours and I took it in the day after making an appointment for it. It should not have taken that long...period.Update: My insurance company just made them refund me $300 that they should've never charged me. Just another reason why I will never use their services again.

Fix Auto Puyallup was 10/10 i would recommend them if you need to get work done to your vehicle if you got into an accident. 10/10 Customer Service. 10/10 on communicating with you about your vehicle when it is moving thru the process of being repaired. They did an outstanding job to bring my vehicle back to the way it looked like when I first bought it after a hit & run accident.Services: Painting

Just got my car back after having some work done and I am extremely impressed at the professionalism I received throughout the process. My car looks amazing and I’m proud to drive it around again. The staff was great, keeping me updated though the entire process while I waited. I wasn’t thrilled with the final cost, since I was paying out of pocket, but like everything else prices have increased since Covid changed our economy. I highly recommend this business for the friendliness, professional work and the integrity I was shown every step of the way.Service: Body & Trim

Rude and unqualified receptionist/appraiser. Took car in a week early for second review so all parts could be ordered prior to drop off. Appraisal was for $2460.63 with a 2-week ETA. Final cost $7069.50 and over 5 weeks later. The buck stops nowhere at FIX Auto. It's the now the departed appraisers' fault, it's the parts supplier fault, it's "industry standard" for it to take weeks longer than promised, etcetera, etcetera. Black ground in stains on driver's seat, center console and door panel. Engine compartment covered in black powder/dirt. Hood panel out of alignment. Worse body shop experience ever.Service: Painting

Returned car to correct issues. No call on scheduled return date. Called them the following day to find out car was ready. Appears all issues corrected. Nearly 7 weeks without my car. Glad I had a backup car and not a rental.

Brought in my 2019 BMW M5 for minor repair on the front right fender and some damage on the bumper. I was worried at first since I didn't see any reviews in repairs in regards to newer BMWs but I just got my car done and it came out FANTASTIC! They will even use OEM/ORIGINAL parts so don't worry.I highly recommend this specific shop to any newer BMW owners and this shop is also partnered very well with USAA and I ran into no issues at all with them. They will keep you updated on the status of repairs on Tuesday and Thursday every week. You will also get pictures of your vehicle if you request for it.Julie did a fantastic job in communicating with me and she is very well at what she is assigned to do. This shop did a great job and now my vehicle will be back in my hands. Paint is also a good match!I have attached a picture of the damage & along with the picture after they fixed everything.Services: Painting

The paintwork is awesome, the help at the front desk was very pleasant. There were a couple of miscommunications regarding what I asked for and what I got. The rear spoiler was supposed to be black and it was painted red and now the built in brake light doesn't work. I asked for the body side moldings to be replaced and there was only one on the work order, luckily someone called and asked if I would want to purchase a matching one for the other side. I also asked for some extra paint for minor touch-ups and didn't receive any. Again, I am very satisfied with the work that was done, I will just have to live with the red spoiler.

The Autobody Repair man who works here was helpful, friendly, and great!Unfortunately, the front desk lady was stressed, seemed off, and was not pleasant or professional to communicate with so overall not a smooth experience.I will not be returning.Service: Body & Trim

Do not take your vehicle to FIX IT in Puyallup!!! Take it to United Autobody in Issaquah who is a Veteran and First Responder Friendly!!! Do not take your car their!! They are ANTI MILITARY AND ANTI VETS!!.. They kept promising to have my disabled husband, who is a disabled veteran from Iraq and Afghanistan and who relise on his car to get it done! It's been over 2 months and they kept promising it to be done, which it hasn't and now it's costing us $15,000 out of pocket to get my war heros car done! This place lies to thier customers, they keep promising to have it done, but now 2 months after, they lie.. they don't care about Disabled veterans or service members!! My husband was injured in Iraq and Afghanistan and realised on his only vehicle.. This shop promised to have it done 2 months ago!!! They lied and keep increasing the price!!! We took all the paperwork, estimates to a family and veteran shop in Issaquah, United Autobody and they told us we got screwed over!!.. we are now going to the news and the commander at jblm, who my husband knows and is a war hero to tell fellow service members of this shop!!..
