I can’t even call those workers humans because they behave not like ones. It is first time I used this pharmacy and it will be the last. I normally use another pharmacy but I was in pain and ask a doctor to use the closest one. They first could not figure out how to check my insurance even I have never had any issue with that before, I am suffering on pain went to call to insurance and got additional information from them. Kimberly should not work with people!!!! Ever! She is evil person who was withholding my meds no reason knowing that I do have insurance. They could just call and confirm but they said they are not going to call for everyone. Then eventually when I try to take my meds which they handle me, one of them just grabbed it out of my hands like crazy because it was 13$ copay. To disrespect people like that for 13$ are you kidding me?! What? Would I run away with pills for stomach and payment 13$????? I know why I got that treatment, it was because I am an immigrant and they seem to be very unhappy to even talk to me. Real discrimination! Shame!!!!

When my kid had pink eye and an ear infection, they hunted down antibiotics for us when there was already a shortage. They went above and beyond, and it meant so much to us.

Awhile ago my new doctor sent my prescription here by mistake. Since I had time today stopped by today because it’s out of my way. The ladies were friendly and were able to prepare it promptly for me. I appreciate this level of service! Thanks again!

I have gotten my prescriptions filled here for years. My doctor sent over a new prescription for me this week. I hadn't seen anything about it on their mobile app so I called the following day. When I called them to find out about it one of their pharmacy tech's placed me on a very long hold. When she came back on she asked me if my insurance had changed. I told her yes and she asked for the information. I told her I was driving and couldn't access it. She told me to call back when I could and they would look up my copay and order it. I asked her if that was the hold up to get my medication why hadn't someone contacted me yesterday when they realized it. She just repeated needing me to call back. I advised her that it didn't matter what my insurance was because I would be paying for the prescription. She said she would not order the medicine until I gave her my insurance information because they doctor like to order medication then have the patient decline the med due to price. I again advised her that it didn't matter what my copay would be, I would be paying out of pocket. She again refused to order the medication until I called back with my insurance info. I called right back and asked to speak with the manager. I explained the situation and how the rudeness and the tech acting like I was not capable of.paying for my medicine when I can said I was paying out of pocket the manager said the tech would have never said that. I explained to him that I actually had another person in the vehicle and they heard the conversation as well. Then he said "paying cash". Because I said I was paying out of pocket and not "paying cash" they assumed I could not afford medication and refused to order it. With Goodrx the meds are $220. They could have easily just said this is the price without insurance, is this OK? The medication is important for me to start I would have told them it was perfectly fine. I already knew it was an expensive medication. I will now be going somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled.

Staff is wonderful. I’m taking off one star for the automated system. I’ve been texted on 6 different occasions that my meds are done and when I get to the store I have to wait another 45 min as they’re not ready yet. So it’s glitchy. But other than that I like this pharmacy.

This Pharmacy is very busy but totally worth it going there. Most of the staff are helpful. Jaya goes above and beyond, always to help. They accept goodrx which saves a great deal of money. They are well stocked on home covid tests. Only downside is that their Vitamins and otc stuff are stocked on the furthest aisle from Pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy i’ve ever used. They always get my meds ready really quickly, and the staff is always sooo nice and extremely helpful. The lines have always been pretty short/non existent every time I’ve been and they move fast.
