I stopped using this pharmacy long time ago because of their unprofessionalism and lack of care! Used a good r x coupon for my cats. Medication, it worked fine. The first two times the third time they charged me three times as much saying that they should have never have used the good r x coupon in the first place. I will never use this pharmacy again.I am so glad I found Kirk's pharmacy. They are the best!

I was sent to Fred Meyer Pharmacy from one of the Rite Aids that closed. I call in my perscription and they send me a text when its ready. And I go pick it up. It dont get much easier than that. Young lady named Sierra helped me today, super nice. Very easy pleasant experience every time. Thank You!

honestly this place sucks. if i could give no stars i would. i’m trying to get 1 prescription moved over to a different pharmacy cause they don’t take my insurance and that was tuesday and it is thursday now. they are taking forever when it should be an hour to three. i had to get walgreens to ask for it due to them not being able to give it to me (which is fine i understand) but now i have to get my doctor to call them to get it transferred immediately because even my doctor was annoyed by them. this place absolutely sucks. worst system i’ve ever seen at a pharmacy in all my years. :/

These people continually mess up my prescription. Multiple times now they’re had the wrong quantity or just flat out not has my medication. I’m tired of the miscommunication and disorganization of this pharmacy. you need to do better.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. TERRIBLE PHARMACY! Medication is never filled on time. The female pharmacist I have had to deal with on many occasions is HORRIBLE! The last time I had my medication refilled she wanted to council me on the medication I have been taking for YEARS. But the worst part is she is talking loud enough for everyone around me is hearing what she is saying! I left that day embarrassed and humiliated. If I could go back I would put in a formal complaint against this Female ( I wish I knew her name!) pharmacist! I have all ready transferred my medications to a different pharmacy! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! PLEASE USE MY REVIEW AS A WARNING NOT TO GO TO THIS PHARMACY! You will be told your medication is ready to be picked up then you have to wait 40 or more minutes later to be able to receive your medication. THE WORST PHARMACY IN PUYALLUP!!!!

They put advertising in their hold music, but they had had my meds in stock previously so I won't give 1*

Avoid like the plague they're filling medication for. They're plainly bad at their. Job. There are better options in the neighborhood.
My interaction with the head pharmacist made me realize the real reason they may have security wearing plates. He is snarky, full of himself, and incapable of doing his job. They're practically sending pigeons (FAXES) to doctors and not being proactive about communicating. If i was this bad at my job i would not have one.I see, I am not the first person to deal with him. I came in 3 times and waited three weeks because he couldn't understand dosage instructions sent to him (I assume regularly, it was from a regular kind of doctor). Took me 6 phone calls, three times showing up and 3 weeks for them to not fill a non-narcotic. I went down the road and they filled the problem within 24hrs. It's not even a narcotic.
AVOID THEM HARD... or soft.
Avoid it. IT IS THE PLAGUE.

Repeatedly, almost without fail, they input my RXs incorrectly EVERY TIME. Then I get a text message that my med will be $450 because my doctor said I needed brand name only. My doctor resends it, despite insisting that she never does that, and I get the same text message. I call and ask them to double check the original script, and I get "Oh yeah! We accidentally clicked the wrong box because it's tiny and easy to do." So, my question is, if you are aware of that, WHY ARENT YOU TAKING 10 SECONDS TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK?? Now I'm in the throws of Pristiq withdrawal, and have just given up on ever getting my antidepressants again. DO YOU REALIZE THESE ARE MEDICATIONS THAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH?? This incompentacy is NOT okay!

The staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient. I've never experienced a problem or unreasonable wait times when using this pharmacy.

Heather, “the one who answers the phone” in the pharmacy, could use some additional training with her customer service skills. I called the pharmacy about an hour and a half prior to arriving to make sure my order was in the process of being filled. The woman I spoke to on the phone advised me that my insurance wasn’t going to cover the script, I let her know I was fine with that and would be paying out of pocket and that I would be there to pick my medication up in about 20 minutes. She stated that it may be a “few minute” wait when I got there. That was totally fine with me. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Heather, who informed me my prescription wasn’t set to be ready until tomorrow. I said that I had called a hour prior to make sure this wouldn’t happen and her response to me was quite literally the problem I have with this visit. She asked me “Well who did you speak to, because I answer the phone here and I did not talk to you.” I said that I didn’t know who I spoke to, yet I DID speak to someone, who went through my order with me and told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes. She then copped an attitude and said “well we don’t even have that kind of turnaround time so….”. I was furious at this point, so asked if she would like to see my call record on my phone, and asked how long until my order would be ready. She told me that I could “continue yelling”, but it wouldn’t get my order done faster. (By the way, though I was irritated with her comments, I was not yelling.) I asked her a second time when my order would be ready…. 20 minutes later was helped by another pharmacy staff member and was on my way. I will never be back to this pharmacy. I’d rather drive the extra distance to Safeway than to be told I’m lying about a simple phone call. I would have accepted any other response to this frustrating situation and moved on about my day, but the way Heather handled this was absolutely unacceptable.

I asked about my child's prescription dosage during pickup and the pharmacist, Scottie just told me to read the bottle. How rude and unprofessional of her!
