One employee of this store is rude, she was rude to me because I took the shopping cart out through the wrong doors, as she said, and it beeped, given that the cart was empty. She looked at me as if she was going to hit me. She was rude to me and in order not to create a conflict, I left. Be careful!

I live in Tacoma and go out of my way to shop at this location cause I’ve had nothing but great experiences here until today. I just left this store about 20 minutes ago and was not only followed by employees but after buying my items and trying to take it out to my car my cart locked up and wouldn’t let me leave. A lady at the door said I needed to go over to the counter and someone would unlock it….I’m not leaving over $100 worth of groceries at the door to ask someone (who’s not even at the counter!) to unlock a cart when I paid! If you wanted to check my receipt you should have asked.

The store was fine, but the app and its software support were terrible. Many times, while trying to log in, I got a web-page not found error. Had to shut off store wifi and go outside to get a good cell signal again and it still took 3 attempts to log in.

The Fred Meyer in downtown Puyallup is difficult to ahop. The isles are narrow, and parking is always a challenge. 1 item on my list was to look at the advertised special of Prime Rib and bone in ham. The prime rib at the advertised price was nowhere to be found. None of the ham was marked with the special price, only the now sale price, and there were limited boneless chicken thighs. The shopping trip today reminded me why I don't like shopping there.

Fred Meyers, if you've never been, is the kind of grocery store that is a little bit more expensive on most things, but generally a plus if you're trying to avoid the many negatives of places like Walmart.Generally, less crime and the employee isn't a bad day away from going postal.

Went in to get a rib roast for the weekend, but beyond that, wasn't really sure about how much I wanted or how it worked. Talked to the butcher and the Fred Meyer meat department folks and they got me set up with exactly what I was looking for. Thanks guys!

My shopping experience was going so well till I saw a Manager yell/get mad at a worker for going to Lunch, I would recommend someone should talk to him. Worker told me his name was Church one of the managers from the home department. If I could a rating of zero stars I would.

I love Fred Meyer, but every time I have come here recently I watch people blatantly stealing. Tonight I watched as a white guy in a Mariners windbreaker with a mask and hood up with leather bike gloves graduated from a basket full of goods to a cart full just walk straight out of the store. I must have passed him a dozen times, I knew at first glance he was going to steal. I saw him select some choice wine and browse all corners of the store. I am not sure the function of the elderly sitting in a chair man by the produce door, but I think a security guard would be better. Do better Fred.

The manager by the name of Connie was being very rude and condescending to an employee at the deli counter. I almost asked to speak with the general manager as I felt this was completely uncalled for to just belittle your staff in front of paying customers. Who is actually running this place??

Just your normal grocery store, it's nice to have a one stop shop. Pay attention to prices and deals when they are available! It's easy for things to add up here.

The BEST STORE in T-TownPer Bob it's a training store for new Managers. That must be why they keep it so organized. Without Bob they would not operate so smoothly. Plus it's in a idel location. Their parking lot is also exceptional. Best of all Fred Meyer stores. Keep up the great service.

I used to shop here almost exclusively, but not anymore now that I've purchased 3 expired items from here in less than 2 weeks! On 7/26 I purchased a bag of potatoes and a container of tomatoes that I realized as soon as I got home were both moldy, and today the pretzel buns from the bakery with a sell by date of tomorrow were already forming mold! Customer service hung up on me after being on hold for a while too, and so did the live chat on the app before i could even talk to a real person.

Great size store with a great selection of products ? they also have plenty of cashiers and self checkouts so this place doesn't ever have long wait lines at all
