After checking with my local Verizon store, I went my local Best Buy in Puyallup to see if the Geek Squad could assist me with my cell phone. I had clicked on a link that I shouldn't have and now my phone was blowing up with notifications about malware. I was worried that I would have to spend a few hundred dollars to get rid of whatever was in my phone, or worse, that I would have to get a new phone. But, Chris from the Geek Squad knew right away what the issue was and resolved it in about 10 minutes. And the best part is, he didn't charge me anything. Thank you so much Chris for helping this senior citizen with their phone problem. You are the BEST!

I started with the Chat line first. I was connected fairly quickly to a representative. They assured me with setting up an appointment for a branch near me. When I arrived onsite, they were very attentive. They listened to my problem and quickly gave me answers. This was done even without me being a a member. Of course, ultimately, they want to sell you a service plan so,of course, the conversation did steer that way. I will say they did their part to show that it could be well worth the investment.

I turned my computer in to have it finished being wired again because I had taken it in and they had swapped the motherboard for me and the motherboard I got was no good so I put the original motherboard back in. Things I noticed they put way too much thermal paste it was everywhere inside there it even got into my socket... Apparently somehow one of my fans couldn't be connected which doesn't make any sense because it was connected before like always working just fine and my fan show signs of dust like it gets whenever it's on sucking air through it like any fan does. The man kept calling me a liar to my face basically saying he trust his technician not me. I then pointed out look at the fans and look at the proof and he goes yes that does show that it's been on so even he knows that it was not connected right. He told me that his technician did not even try to hook it up because he did not touch it. I had to accept uncompleted hardware. And now I have to take it to a different geek squad that worked on it originally to have them rewire and figure out what he did. So there's my review I was called a liar and I had to pick up stuff that was not completed...

I will NEVER shop at the Puyallup Best Buy EVER AGAIN!!!2/17/24, my daughter and I went to the Puyallup Best Buy for some headphones and possibly trading in our smart watches (my daughter bought from them last year). While browsing around and discussing different types of headphones, I see this big creepy cop staring at us so I stared back at him. When I say creepy, I mean the kind that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up, your skin crawl creepy. We moved to another area and again, there he is just glaring at us, so I raised my cap up and pulled my glasses down my nose and glared back at him. I go to get assistance from an employee and he walks right up listening on our conversation. Finally, my daughter being discouraged because she couldn't find what she was looking for, said let's go and guess who's standing at the door when we go to leave??? Officer gruesome with a scowl on his face glaring.When we get outside, my daughter asked, "Did you see that big creepy cop following us?" I told her, "yeah, I even took my glasses off and glared back at him".Never have we had that issue at the Federal Way Best Buy. The WORST problem we've ever had there was trying to locate an employee to see something during the busy holiday season which is typically because they're busy.Never had that problem at the Bellevue Best Buy either, even on black friday.Never had that problem at the Tukwila Best Buy.Won't happen again because I will NOT be stepping foot in that store again. I'm not one to pull out my phone to record stuff but I'm wondering if I should've that day.

Can't recommend this place enough , customer service quality is through the roof . Also there's an armed guard at the door , fantastic to see in this day and age. So nice knowing you're in a safe environment. Bought an open box camera tripod and got home and found out it was no good , grease had leaked out from the ball head and was all over the components. Brought it back , greeted at door on what to do for a return which was great because I've never returned something here before. Exchanged for a non open box item so I didn't take any more chances on a non perfect product and super easy process.I've bought other open box style items and never had a problem until now , and I will still be open to other open box items Tip: the open box items are basically hiding through out the store , always be on the look out for nice savings !

We called and we did the robot thing and then they answered the phone and they heard us and then they hung up and then we went through the robot thing again and then we called the answer the phone and then they told us that they don’t offer Xbox repair or cleanings, which it says that on the website that we searched up overall, I do not recommend going here or calling them to ask to fix your Xbox it is super annoying to go through the robot voice thing

I called the night before, to the main call center, to ensure the new I phone I wanted was in stock. I coordinated the pickup/data transfer to take place at the same time as a car repair across the street the next day. I dropped off my car and when I arrived at Best Buy my phone was not in stock. I was quite frustrated as my time off is limited and I was hoping to have both time consuming activities done simultaneously thus easing my schedule. The management drove to Tacoma and picked up the phone I wanted (while my car was getting repaired) and returned to the Puyallup store so I could purchase the phone today. In a world where customer service is often lacking having a store go to that much trouble to make my schedule easier is so appreciated! I recommend Best Buy Puyallup. Their staff is simply amazing.

Don't ever buy a product from Best Buy. We bought a $2500 refrigerator. It started to work slowly and poorly called out a service man for LG. They said it had been dropped in shipping causing damage and the failure of the unit. It's two years old Best Buy nor LG will take responsibility. It's taking us a month of constant back-and-forth with both of them and we are out of refrigerator. Even though clearly stated by the technician that it was dropped in shipping. If I could give them a zero star that's what they would get.

Horrible Best Buy. Horrible store. Service. Everything. I wouldn't come here again. They're disrespectful and unhelpful. I walked out of here appalled by the visit. Won't be coming here again and won't be buying from a Best Buy again.

Tried calling to see If they can clean the dust out of my computer. When calling you can't talk to anyone in the store so instead you're calling a call center. They told me I had to have an account and/make an account just to find out if they even offer a service. I guess my option would be to go in and talk to them to see if they can clean my desktop and then run home again to grab my PC and bring it back IF they offer it...

Was looking for a 65 inch TV and had done research and had three different televisions I wanted advice and input on. Walked in the store about noon on a Friday and wandered around the television section about 15 minutes with no associate approaching me. Went up front to the greeting counter and they said they would page somebody I returned twice when nobody showed up and I was there 30 minutes without a single associate coming over I was beyond angry and frustrated. Even more infuriating was two or three associates standing around the security guard at the front doing absolutely nothing. Was ready to spend about $1500 I walked out and shook my head and said I would be purchasing from Costco or video only never will be back

I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I have had a account with them and Best Buy credit card for over 20 years and enjoyed using Best Buy when needed for purchases. I bought two computer connectors during Christmas and did not use them. I tried a couple months latter and had no help stating that the return is over 15 days. The items were not opened and not used. The brand is a Best Buy brand. Due to the length of time I could not find a receipt. I asked for store credit and the representative would not help at and and argued with me was embarrassing. A manager was called over who was nicer but still would not help me. I left defeated and will not buy from Best Buy again and I am going to cancel my account with them. A small credit vs a long term customer.

We popped in here last Tuesday cause we seen there was a Samsung 85 inch smart tv on sale for only 1000.00! We were in and out in 15 minutes tops. We knew exactly what we wanted. They loaded it on a cart for us. Security was super nice. The guy at the front was very helpful. It was super easy to install. Movie night just got better!

Customer service is really slow with one person at the counter and multiple associate walking by including a manager. Horrible!!
