It wouldn’t let me check in online
So I went there I got there and they had one person waiting and they were finishing up other people. It was 5:50 and they wouldn’t let me get a haircut. Told me I had to come back.

Hair stylist Nina did an outstanding job with my 7 yr old grandson's summer haircut! He is known to get impatient & wants to get the cut over with as in Now! Nina was very patient & her demeanor had a calming effect on Mr Ants n his Pants! Best of all, she was quick! Thank you Nina!

I use the app to sign in. It gives you a good idea of when to go in. They stylists are very polite and professional. I always lo9k better,after a nice haircut at Great Clips!

I have been visiting this place for quite a while now and was surprised with how they can tolerate a malfunctioning equipment.
I was assigned to Mesi with a messy clipper.
Her clipper was so loud and vibrating through my skull the whole time.
It was noticed by her coworkers but she just ignored the concern.
She even denied and said “believe me this is not that loud”
I left the place dizzy due to the noise and vibration.
I hope they at least ask her to buy a new one.
