“There are a lot of reviews here about bad customer service. They look like they were from a few years ago and things may have gotten better. I had a GOOD customer service interaction. It is true that they do not answer the phone. Don't even bother. However, the online chat is a different story. The chat "icon" only appears on their website when someone is available. Both times that I had to contact them during my issue (billing), someone was on the chat within 60 seconds and they resolved the issue on the spot. Shipping was incredilbly fast and the products were great.”
