The Tacoma location is cloaer to me but I prefer to drive longer to this one. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. They havw a better selection and often get new things that never arrive at the other. And its far more accesible to disabled folk. The tacoma location is way to cluttered. Will continue to shop at this one for future purchases

Staff is always very nice and extra helpful. In fact I cannot think of another store that is as kind to me as an adult than this Hot Topic!
The store is always tidy and they have a good selection of clothes and collectibles if you are passionate about a character, band or style.
