I went to HR block on river road in Puyallup last year April 18th for my taxes 5 days after finding out I also had breast cancer. I called and called because at first it was saying it never went through. Then chemo started and my life was turned upside down, and no one ever called me back.
This year I went elsewhere to get my taxes done and he had to re do last years taxes because they were not done correctly and there for never submitted!!! I paid him to do last years and this years. He gave me the receipt and told me to go to the river road HR block and show them and request a refund because I had paid them $275 for a service that 1. Was done incorrectly and 2. Was never submitted or finished.
I was told she would have her supervisor call me and no one has called me. I called them, and no one has called me back. I am about to get the BBB and attorney general because this is horrible business and customer service.
I never leave bad reviews! This is my first one! They should have made this right!
