  Itsa is a life saver! I got my hair cut somewhere else and was not happy with it. I called Itsa, and the super welcoming and professional receptionist was able to get me in to see Emily the every next day. Emily did a fantastic job… she was friendly and had such an easy breezy, confident attitude about fixing me up (rightfully so!). Thank you Itsa, I will continue to come back again and again! ♡

  If you’re looking for a blonding and extension specialist, Jenna is your girl! She has been my color and extension guru for a while now. She took my shoulder-length bob and seamlessly added 18” extensions. The salon is super cute, everyone is friendly and I consistently walk out with exactly what I asked for.

  I love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the environment is so relaxing! Also, the quality of service and color I get is outstanding. Jenna has worked so hard with me to figure the best way to cover my gray and has also shown me new hairstyles that I wasn’t sure would work with my hair. Amazing salon and staff!

  Itsa Salon is a beautiful place where you feel welcome right when you step in the door. It’s always buzzing but offers relaxation if that’s what you’re after. I’ve been coming to this salon since the beginning (5 + years). It’s the best and nicest salon on South Hill in Puyallup.

  I absolutely love Itsa salon, my hair stylist is Jenna😊 I’ve been seeing Jenna exclusively since 2022 Jenna is amazing! She always makes me feel so welcomed, always so kind to me, and most importantly makes me feel heard and appreciated! My favorite thing about Jenna is that she can always make my hair dreams come true! We’ve gone super short, adding blonde to my hair, and even super dark she truly can do it all! If you ever get the chance to try this salon I highly recommend Jenna she’s the best 😊🩷

  Haircut was awful, and hair dye job was awful. Im still struggling with my hair months after the catastrophe. Yellow toned and brassy and completely chunky highlights when I wanted something lived in and blended. And the thing is i understand if it was a process because of previous hair dye, I grew my hair out a year+ before this but again got nothing similar to what I wanted or expected.

  I love this salon. Jenna Wilson is my stylist. She is so kind and funny. She is a master at her craft. I cried when she did my first extension install. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Do not see Jenna if you want dark and light tones in your hair. She does NOT know what she's doing. She told a friend that she could do what she requested and failed.

  I had an amazing experience with Giuliana! She did a fantastic job on my Brazilian blowout, leaving my hair looking sleek and smooth. Not only is she skilled, but she’s also incredibly friendly, caring, and warm. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming stylist!

  I'm not from the area but I booked with Kayla and I was so thankful I did. She listened to me and my wants and went far above what I was hoping for. She answered all of my questions and it was such a fun experience. 10/10 will be back if I'm ever in the area!

  Always love coming in for my appointments to see Giuliana. She does an absolutely amazing job with my long, fine but super thick and sometimes hard to manage hair. I always walk out loving my hair and feeling super confident. I had seen hairstylists in the past but none of them were a good fit for me. She’s a super pleasant and easy person to be around so it makes the appointments go by like a breeze. So glad I found Itsa and Giuliana. Highly recommend her for ANY of your hair needs cause girl knows what she is doing. She is amazing!
