I bought a pair of reading glasses years ago. Recently one of the lenses popped out and a nose pad fell off, so I popped the lens back in (sort of) and put the nose pad back on (albeit backward) and then I noticed a screw was missing alotogether. Needless to say, I was no longer able to wear them so I brought them in and Janine fixed them for free. They actually fit better now than they did when I first bought them. Great service snd Janine was wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend them to all.

Fantastic deals, absolutely greatest staff. The ladies there were very kind and knowledgeable. Took about three hours to try on many of their frames and inquire about all the options available. After all was said and done, ordered two pairs of readers and two pairs of distance glasses. Very pleased and to the kind ladies, thank you.

Great staff! The doctor was funny and sweet and the front desk/assistants were so friendly. First time doing an eye exam i've usually just bought glasses here, but this was the first time i got contacts. It was hard for me to put them in and take them out, the ladies there had so much patience i mean i was there for maybe 30 minutes trying to get them in and out and they kept encouraging me throughout. Highly recommend going here for the grear customer service!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would that is how bad this place is. One year ago my father in law went to get his sight checked, he was having blurred vision on his right eye. He wanted to know if he needed to increase the prescription on his glasses. The optometrist told him he was going blind on the right eye and they could up the prescription on that eye but that's all they could do for him. He is 61yrs and diabetic so he thought it was because of the diabetes that he was loosing his sight. He order the glasses and the lenses kept popping out and wouldn't stay he returned them to get them replaced and got a second pair, well it happened again and they kept telling him how is because of the weather and crazy stuff that didn't make sense. I told him go to a more professional optometrist and get a second opinion. He did and it turned out he had a cataract on the right eye and just needed laser surgery, so he did and now can see better on that eye than the left one. Do your self a favor don't go to a DRIVE-THRU optometrist go to a real one.

From when I called to inquire...to coming in for my appointment...everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional!!! I normally go to a different eye doctor...but they were booked too far out and jc penny got me in same day and took care of me. I will be coming here from now on for sure! I highly recommend

The worse place ever to get glasses. Is been 6 weeks and I still haven't got the glasses. The ladies there have no idea what they are doing. I got two pairs I call them to check when will I be getting them and now I got told they have one pair, but they don't know what happen to the second pair. I went somewhere else last Monday is Saturday and I just got a call from this other place (sams club)my glasses are ready. Jcpenney needs to improved their optical services or not have an optical at all

Very rude, slow, and terrible customer service!! Went to order a pair of glasses on 3/6/13, when I walked in I was not greeted by the attendant. Once she looked at me, she gave me a "what the hell do you want" look. I told her I was here to order some glasses. I then began to look, only found one pair I liked. I then wait 45 min while she was chatting with another customer, did not say much or acknowledge me at all. I decided to walk out, while I was walking out, all she said was "ma'am?" I told her I did not have time and left. I would rather take my business else where than to be treated like that.
