Freddy was very kind and helpful. while I had to look something up and he was very patience with me and explained to me the diffrence between the oils which was really nice and helpful. Whenever I asked a question he had no problem explaining something and letting me know. Kyle also let me know more about my car and they didn't have my specific cabin airfilter in stock so freddy offered to go get it so they can still do the service for me. I have never been to a jiffy lube but their service is amazing and I find it even better they dont just do the service you ask them to but they go above and beyond to check on your car and make sure everything is up to date. Dustin and james were very fast and good at their job. Then in the end freddy gave me a rundown on everything that they did to my car and what they could do for me in the future and I am 100% coming back and 100% recommend coming here for your cars needs!

I had my 2016 Jeep Cherokee serviced today at this location. A shout out to Jon who changed my spark plugs. He was courteous and made sure it was done efficiently and done right. This team at this location are amazing!

As I drove into the parking lot. There was 5 guys, just waiting to service my truck! They where fast. In and out in under 30 mins. Blew my mind!

I usually go to the jiffy lube by the mall because it’s closer but I will make this my regular location from now on. Professional, polite, patient and willing to explain to me what stuff means. I needed a new battery and they went over to O’REILLY’s and got one for me and replaced it on the spot. Very thorough. Much appreciated as a single mom responsible for driving littles all over the city. They made it easy.
