This was one of the most uncomfortable visits I've made to any supply showroom. The woman made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. She acted like she was paranoid to be in the showroom with me. I am 5'5" and 65 years old. Apparently I could see her computer screen also that she was using where there Apparently were magic wholesale prices she didn't want me to see. She told me to have a seat where I could not see it.What a rude woman.Needless to say I bought my black sink with new garbage disposal and delta iq faucet at Fergusons showroom in Tacoma

Showed up at 3:55 thinking they were open until 4:30 to look at faucets. Doors were locked and the rude lady made her mission to let us know we showed up 5 minutes before they closed and was not real nice about it. Let's just lock the doors before closing. I swear the website said 4:30 AND the door said 4:30 as well. Bought elsewhere. This was approximately 3-4 weeks ago.

My experience going to Keller Supply Company Plumbing Showroom in Puyallup Wa. 16106 57th Ave East, Puyallup, Wa 98373 Our contractor suggested we go to Keller Showroom to look for a Maax bathtub. Walked in at 10am, there were two ladies behind the counter. Neither one looked up or said anything. So I took the initiative and said "good morning", they did not answer, just looked us up and down as if we were dressed wrong to come into their showroom. Finally the older lady asked if we had an appointment, I said no, we just wanted to come see their Maax tubs. She said we had to have an appointment and she had another appointment at this time, and complained to us that they were 4 minutes late. No one else was shopping the showroom at that time either. I told her we just wanted to walk around and look at their tubs, she said we could not do that without an appointment. She never offered us an appointment either. I don't know if she was scared we were going to steal something or what. The other lady there did not say a word or offer to show us either. So we walked out. Terrible customer service! I was so mad and offended by the lack of customer service. They must not be concerned about business if they treat their customers so badly. First time I have walked into a showroom that I could not wander around and look at the products. So we went to a couple other showrooms and were treated like customers should be with service and appreciation for coming into their showrooms. I will never buy or recommend Keller Supply Company Plumbing Showroom in Puyallup Wa to anyone!. In fact within 3 hours I had told at least 14 people about our experience and recommended they not ever go there. Word of mouth goes far. Not only did they loose out on one remodel of a bathroom, I have another that will be done soon too. Their loss again. No we do not recommend this business. Don't bother!

Super helpful. Needed a valve for a shower and bam right there it was. Staff was amazing. Went to 4 places when all I needed was to stop here first.

We were sold the wrong item by the person in their showroom. When we called to return it hey said we would receive a full refund. When we arrived they hit us with a 25% restocking fee. Not good.

They always have the hard to find parts I need and if they don't, they find a way to make things work with what they do have. Way more helpful than the big box stores.
