Nadia was super disrespectful. (She works at the entrance desk) I came in to simply ask a question about my account. She was on the phone for at-least 8 minutes when I arrived. There was a line of waiting people. Then when she hung up she said “you can come up now” with an attitude. She threw down sticky notes when she was trying to tell me just to call the KeyBank line. I told her no I wanted to speak to someone here please. Her attitude was terrible. She got on her computer and continued to waste time asking if I could come back later I told her I couldn’t because I have to go to work and she once again got annoyed and rude and said “what about tomorrow then”. Honestly her attitude ruined my mood. I went in fine and came out feeling disrespected.This behavior is unacceptable Nadia.

I came to the branch to open up my business account. The first time I came, I waited a while before anyone approached me and asked me a question of what I needed. Then I found out the person who does business account wasn’t there at the moment so I decided to leave but I left them with my information. I came back several times to get my business account open. I understand the first two times when they lost their staff, but afterwards, when the main person told me they were going to email me the whole time I’ve never emailed me. I simply went to Washington state employee credit union who was able to open up my business account within 30 minutes it was smooth and easy. WSECU valued my time, and I was able to do a large deposit from another credit union into their account with no hassle . I wouldn’t recommend you go and key-bank if you’re going to open a business account.

Called at 5:59 pm on Friday saying I’ll be 1 min late, because I’m stopped at the red light in front of them (the one at TJ maxx), then I made it in their parking which was then 6:01 pm, 1 min past their closing time and they said they already balanced out so can’t help me. Can’t help but think they balanced out early, I have worked similar jobs myself, it’s definitely not a 1-min task to balance out your till. So yeah thanks a lot clerks at KeyBank Puyallup today.

Ever since day one the this bank has been so beneficial for me. To my recollection, Reshawn was the first teller, and perhaps the first person, that I met there, and I'm so glad I did. She has been so pleasant and delightful and has helped me more than I'd ever expected.There is another person I'd like to mention who has been equally helpful, pleasant, and delightful, but I don't remember her name vividly. It might be Sarah, but I am equally thankful for her as well. This is definitely the best bank I've ever banked with. Thank you so much for all of your help and support.???❤??

I can't even believe how frustrated I am with Key Bank. I have great credit, a great job, and equity in my house. KEYBANK Mortgage pulled some shady business and charges you up-front to do complete your loan. I don't know why I fell for the bait and decided to proceed. Everything was going fine and the appraiser comes out to my house mask-less and was there for 5 minutes and appraises my house. The Value came in WAYYYY under value and than Chris Miller tells me your now going to need $15,000 to close your deal. Than to top it off after he gives me the bad news they wouldn't refund me the $500 dollars. Moral of the story they are un-professional and didn't run the proper comps prior to sending out the appraiser. The told me there should be no problem with your loan. If the mortgage broker did his home-work he could prevented this by being up-front. Now I have returned back to my prior lender, which I should of done in the first place. My loan closed on time and my house came in $50,000 higher than KEY BANKS appraiser and my loan was completed with no hassle in 30 Days. I was a great customer of KEYBANK for many years because they have one great employee there named Mary. DON"T NOT REFINANCE YOUR HOUSE HERE!!!!

I don't even think I've had the account open for a full week and it's already in overdraft and I didn't even have a debit card at the time of the overdraft I just got my debit card today in the mail went in the bank customer service was horrible the bank tellers help more than the other employees that sit behind the desk considering closing the account really really really soon horrible just horrible

Seriously had 60 bucks in checking now only 4 dollars really nice how there is a fee for keeping money in this bank is the worst feel like my money was stolen closing my account immediately unhappy customer for life will not recommend this bank to any one
