There is 1 teller and 3 people visiting in offices. There was a line out the door and NO ONE would help this teller. NO ONE greeted customers except the teller. Customer service is NOT a priority here. I feel bad fir the 1 guy that waited on customers.

Very frustrating customer service at this branch only. If you can go to the Key Bank by south hill mall. They are great. Very easy to work with and they remember who you are.

This bank is NEVER going to get my business!! Went in there many times to break a 100$ bill no problems with the ladies there. Today went in there to break a 100$ the Fat guy says while holding my 100$ you have a Acct w us right I say no do I need one, the ladies do it for me quite a bit. He pops off and say Yes! Well give me back my money and NO I WONT OPE. AN ACCT HERE EVER! Lady behind says we can do paper money only. Bam in your face FATGUY! Still will NOT bank there just because of his attitude!!

I've used keybank my adult life and I've been so happy and impressed with there service, each time I go into branch they are so welcoming and happy to see me. I recently went into branch for some investment advice and they were more than happy to help me. They put me in the right direction to make my future, with money succeed. I'll use keybank forever I can always count on a no hassle guarantee ending.

Of all the predatory banks, this one takes the cake. Customer service is a nightmare and demeaning. Avoid this cartel at all costs! Edit: No I will not. I've called and emailed a banker there and she ignores me. And if I call you will lay your training on me thick. Your bank is predatory, period.

I've had nothing but problems with this bank account lately. ex: 2 days ago - random -$4000 balance with ZERO ACCOUNT ACTIVITY!! when it resolved itself hours later, I pulled all but what I needed to pay my bills that are DUE NOW and what happens??? another negative balance with NO EXPLANATION OR ACCOUNT ACTIVITY. Now I have to put in a claim for the late fees that this bank has caused for no reason whatsoever...

This should be zero stars. I try to do a deposit in drive thru after working overnight. I just stopped my daughter off I have a puppy in the car and they make me come in. They make me open a savings account. They tell me my money has a 5 day hold but wait on the 5th day it's still not available Stefanie says oh it's available at the end of the business day. People run to any other bank. Their corporate office told me the branch put the hold on the account. And Stefanie told me corporate lied to me. Really?

Horrible customer service. My fiance and I were waiting for a banker and after 15min she finishes up and then after 5min See's us and then says "I'll be right with you" then goes and joins another banker almost to just avoid helping us. We ended up just leaving after waiting another 20min. No smiles and felt uncomfortable. From now on we'll be driving to Federal way where we've always been treated great.

A family member dropped in today and wanted to establish her credit for the 1st time by applying for a credit card at the bank she banks with. She waited almost 30 minutes and was asked to come back later or they'll call her because they were too busy. This branched closed at 5pm and its now 7:40pm and she never got a call back as they promised. Not to mention that the representative didn't even give her the application to fill out while she waited or before she departed. Makes you wonder if this bank is right for you! Very unsatisfactory customer service!

The card readers inside the branch have been broken for days. The tellers don't anticipate them being repaired until the middle of next month. In the mean time, bank employees seem helpless to locate accounts or efficiently process transactions. I wasted multiple trips to the branch attempting to make a deposit. They couldn't even get their act together to take my money.
