Always receive awesome customer service! They keep me updated, they always ensure that all my questions are answered. And even after a service and I hear something 'off' they continue that friendly, patient, superb customer service. The waiting lobby is clean, fairly quiet. And comfortable.

I was looking to scale down a bit from my large truck to a smaller plug-in hybrid and the Ford Escape caught my eye. I had an appointment with Woody and he was incredible to work with! Brad was able to maximize my trade in value and provided me with some great rebates to bring the cost down. Woody was especially helpful and answered all the questions I had and was so knowledgeable on the Escape. Very happy with the service I received at Korum and by Woody! Thanks so much!

I boughtmy car new from this dealership and had it serviced here for 11 years and was considering purchasing my new car from them but that all changed. A simple oil change is an ongoing nightmare. They kept my car for 2 days! I had the oil change and at their suggestion the cabin filter replaced. When the car was returned to me my keys fobs were no longer recognized by the vehicle. After the car was returned both a brake light and low tire pressure warning have come on. These are both things that are checked as part of the oil change! I am so disappointed in the lack of communication and level of service. I don't ever want to go back there again.

Specifically I have been to the Hyundai dealership and was very pleased with my experience. I've purchased 2 cars with them, 1 new and 1 certified used. Joe, Daniel and Sam in the finance department are very nice and helpful. Even the people that aren't directly helping you will strike up conversation. Very happy and would recommend them.

I recently bought a new 2025 ford Maverick and my salesperson Marc was great. However once you drive off the lot with your car, these folks no longer give you any consideration. The car had a scratch on it that they acknowledged as a mishap that happened during the car delivery. They were supposed to get this fixed for me but it has been almost two months and I keep running them down for it. I have called them at least 4 times and no action was ever taken. This is unacceptable and I regret buying the car there. Completely ruined that new car experience for me. I will hold you all accountable for this.
