Great inventory, knowledgeable and helpful personnel. We bought our new car here after Michael gave us an amazing, thorough tour of various options. We were also given a good price for our trade. We recently came in to have a trailer hitch and mud flaps installed and the Service deptartment did a great job. The parts department kept us informed of our order and the service department did a great job.
They even washed our car before returning it to us! We love it here!

Getting a new car is exciting but the process of buying a new car can be stressful. That’s why when it came time to trade in my BMW I chose to drive an hour south to work with Jim Koch and his wonderful team at Korum Hyundai. The entire experience we had at Korum was delightful! They offered an incredibly fair price on both my trade-in and my new Hyundai Santa Fe. They were also kind enough to provide my children lots of snacks in the showroom. The buying process was highly efficient from viewing inventory, to test-driving and even the finance process was a breeze! Grateful to this entire team for putting my family in a brand new car that is safe and reliable. The Korum family is our family now!

What a phenomenal team at Korum Hyundai. I had an idea of the car I wanted by going to Korum Hyundai website. I knew what I was pre-qualified for and went down there to test drive. My salesman Joe P was patient with me and very kind. There was no pressure to buy. The finance manager Sam L took her time to show me the best rates and made sure I was within my budget. Finally, I picked up the car a couple days later after thinking it through. It was the day off for my original salesman however Michael P showed me all the ins and outs of car. What each function does and helped get me signed up for the Hyundai app. I would suggest Korum Hyundai to anyone looking for a vehicle, you will not be disappointed.

I've been researching and knew what used car I wanted. When they finally got the vehicle I wanted in, the process to set up an appointment to see it, drive it, and purchase it was easy to make. Selina Bellassai was very easy to work with, knowledgable, and got the deal done. I appreciated the low pressure approach to sales and her (and the dealers) willingness to answer questions and address concerns.

I am a professional buyer and out of 10 dealerships probably 25 between brands this dealership won our business. In particular, Dan Malanchuk won our business. He is young but highly motivated to provide the best possible customer experience to each and every customer. I am as you can imagine an extremely difficult customer to please but between managements willingness to be competitive and Dan's customer service this dealership provides an outstanding customer experience and value to the customer. Dan sat and showed us the car for over an hour and helped us set it up probably past his working hours. That kind of customer service is exceptional and deserves to be commended. Good job to everyone at the dealership for making this a transparent and uncomplicated customer experience for us.

Simply the best new car buying experience my wife and I have ever had.
Mike, our salesman was the best. He listened to what we (my wife) wanted, and set us up with a great deal on a new Hyundai.
Jim, the Korum Hyundai general manager introduced himself to us on the sales lot wanting to make sure we were being taken care of.
No games. no long wait for the sales manager to consider our offer when negotiating price. No hard sell from the finance manger or attempt to add extras that drive up the amount financed.
The whole process was much more streamlined than any new car purchase we have made. we were in and out in less than 2 hours.
After getting home we noticed a small door ding. What happened next was amazing. When it was brought to their attention, Mike called me personally to say they would take care of it immediately. That was followed up with a personal e-mail from Jim. They referred me to Marcelo and Chloey in the service department. I was just as impressed with their entire team. They had it fixed within 1 day and it is perfect. These folks take care of their customers.
We will definitely come back to see Mike and the team at Korum Hyundai to do business in the future.
Well done Korum Hyundai! you have single handedly redefined the car buying experience for us and we will absolutely recommend your establishment to friends and family.

Had a great experience here at the Puyallup Hyundai. Started with a phone call 20 minute later on the lot test driving then making a purchase. We had the honor of working with Daniel who was amazing. He let us know of all the bells and whistles on the car, made sure paperwork was no hassle. Highly recommended the whole process was a breeze and hassle free. We love our new family car and couldn’t be more happy with the car itself. Thank you so much to Daniel and the team.

We came back to Korum because of our first prior experience which was excellent! No haggling, straightforward, positive buying experience. This recent second time, we came in pre approved and it turned into a haggle game back and forth. Presenting financing options with other banks, no one was on the same page, due to lack of communication, We have always respected the Korum buying group.However, this time it left us with a little reluctance to purchase and refer in the future. Our sales advisor Daniel was great!

Stay clear!!!! Came in to trade our truck in for a new car, and was looking at our options knowing it may be difficult, but just exploring. Told them we COULD not go over x amount for monthly payment, so everything was dependent on that. Found a car, started running numbers and everything was just gonna be to much so we walked away. Got in our car to leave and the guy comes running out saying he found a good deal. We go back in hear him out and everything sounds good. Ran credit, credit was really good. We were told we would qualify for Hyundai finance, was told that our standing loan would be completely covered and we would take no negative equity. So we say yes and head over to the finance office. We get in there and now suddenly non of that is true. 9k in negative equity, Apr went from 3.9 to 6 something %, and we don’t qualify for Hyundai financing. Salesman and finance guy immediately get defensive when we brought all this to their attention, and that told me everything I need to know. We told them we were done and got up to leave, and they started saying that we were fishy, and pretty much said we were stupid. The finance guy was also bragging about how he was so good at at screwing over young military families at “his last dealership”. I will be letting everyone on our base know to stay clear of this dealership, also will be finding some kind of corporate number to call and make a complaint!

misdiagnosed, overcharged, refused warranty
Took my car for some warranty repair (grinding during shifts) and they tried to charge me $8000 worth of repairs and refused warranty coverage. A second opinion revealed that Hyundai failed to even identify the actual cause of the issue so I would've paid thousands and still had my original problem. My wife's car is burning oil like crazy and they're making her spend months doing tests and cleaning that she has to pay for before they'll acknowledge the issue and fix it.
Hyundai will work hard to avoid covering repairs under warranty.

They clearly do not give a toss. Can't reach anyone after sending my car in for the second time after the first failed diagnostic. The receptionist or whoever handles the initial calls simply rejects calls without answering. Trying to be polite and patient but this is ridiculous. *Update* Towed in vehicle for third time. As I told the manager I will update my review/consumer complaints depending on the outcome. Towing a car in for repairs for a 4th time is unacceptable. Never buy a Hyundai, I've never had issues with my other vehicles to this level.

Bad business. My daughter bought a car and in less than 6 months the engine is shot. Do better Korum Hyundai. No help and you keep telling her there is no warranty. This leads me to believe YOU didnt do your due diligence on the car and sold her a lemon. NEVER buy from a place that doesn't stand by their work.

Went to have service done. The tech dinged all my rims with air gun took pics let Dj my contact know he was always nice until I needed help then he turned into Casper! Never heard from anyone not even to tell me to go pound sand. I will never go back. Had a ceramic coating done and they were nice and fixed what they could after commenting on what a rookie job they did.

We did not dare bring our car in for service ,talked to service manager he told us because the car was almost 4 years old and very few miles 9700 the blower would not be covered under Warranty to see what was wrong with it would cost 200. then would have to pay cost of parts and labor plus would not get it checked out until late Aug. so the best thing was to get it fixed now since we are leaving for Montana for two weeks .Hyundai service or there 10 year or 100000 mile are not to be trussed in Washington State .
