My wife and I have been using Korum Lincoln for all service since buying our Corsair in 2022 in California: No local dealer had the model/color combo desired after Covid so we had to buy out of state. But we have been treated no less than honored guests on every visit. Black Label Service is also a sweet option we have used once, where an Korum rep brought a loaner to our home, took our car, got it serviced and brought it back to us all washed and ready to go. But even if I choose to wait in the dealership, they have a generous selection of snacks and drinks with plenty of comfortable seating. I could go on, but it might sound like a paid endorsement and I assure you it’s not. I’ve always believed business goes where it is invited and stays where it is well treated. The kind folks at Korum Lincoln have earned our trust and repeat business.

I purchased a brand new 2023 Lincoln Nautilus from Korum Lincoln in Puyallup, WA, and from day one, I noticed a shaking in the steering wheel. I brought this to the attention of the service department over 4–5 times, with each visit documented and supported by proof of conversations and service records.
Eventually, the dealership claimed to have fixed the issue — but just two weeks later, it returned. I left a voicemail for the service manager — no response. So I drove there myself, only to be met with a condescending and completely dismissive attitude. The manager suggested it might be due to my driving style or the roads I drive on, implying the problem wasn’t real. I felt completely disrespected, talked down to, and not believed — as if I were making the issue up.
When the problem persisted, I brought the car back in. On the second day of service, I received a phone call from the same service manager — and I can honestly say it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was in tears after the call, and my husband, who heard the conversation on speakerphone, was in shock. As a woman with an accent, I was made to feel small, judged, and completely disregarded. The manager's tone was sexist, demeaning, and unprofessional — something I would never expect from any business, let alone a luxury car dealership.
The most unbelievable part? After all the denial, the same manager later confirmed he was able to duplicate the issue, and that the problem was caused by faulty rotors — a critical safety component. So not only was I right all along, but I had been driving a brand-new vehicle with a serious mechanical issue for months while being talked down to, blamed, and dismissed.
I then escalated the issue by contacting Lincoln’s corporate headquarters in Michigan. I spoke with Alisha (ext. 77938), a representative described as an “assignment expert.” Unfortunately, this conversation was just as disheartening. I was treated with a complete lack of empathy or professionalism, and at one point she even stated that she was the last person I would speak to from Lincoln, implying there was no further escalation possible. That is simply unacceptable — especially from a brand that claims to offer a premium ownership experience.
The only bright spot throughout this entire ordeal has been the kindness and professionalism shown by Trisha, Sean, and Jaelyn at the dealership. They deserve genuine thanks.
But overall, this experience has left me feeling frustrated, dismissed, and heartbroken. No customer — especially one who spends their hard-earned money on a brand-new luxury vehicle — should be made to feel like this. Lincoln needs to take a hard look at the way its customers are treated, both at the dealership and corporate level.

When we walked into Korum Lincoln we were met by the face of the dealership, Frankie, our salesperson. We could not have been in better hands. Frankie was very friendly and very polite. When it came to questions he is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. You could tell he had high regard for the quality of the Lincoln and the quality of the dealership. By this time we had fallen in love with the Lincoln Aviator. On delivery day we were greeted by Frankie. I think he was just as excited as we were when he took us to the delivery bay. And there she was just as beautiful as could be, our new car. Frankie gave us a great presentation. He helped us get everything set up and it all was seamless. We are so happy we chose Korum Lincoln and even better had a salesperson like Frankie. He took our experience to the highest level.
I would definitely recommend Korum Lincoln and be sure to ask for Frankie.

I was walked over by the Ford dealership and introduced. The sales person answered all my questions and was very friendly. He did a great job explaining options.
We went through the different options available and then drove a car. I was impressed with the difference between the Ford and Lincoln models. There is an obvious step up in luxury.
Had my Navigator a few days now and very happy.

I did NOT purchase a vehicle from this lot but I was interested in looking at 3 of their vehicles. Making the right choice while car shopping can be tricky but theses guys were so kind, courteous & professional. They had no problems pulling out all the vehicles and letting my husband & I take them for and uninterrupted test drive and no pressure upon return. I appreciate all of the kind people here so willing to help my indecisive self with no pressure.

I had an AMAZING experience at Korum Lincoln with Sean January. I purchased a 2024 Nautilus and this SUV is just incredible. Plus, my car buying experience surpassed all expectations. We are very happy with our experience at Korum Lincoln!
Our salesman, Sean January, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, Mark Archer, the sales manager, was very easy to deal with and listened to what we wanted out of the deal and made it happen. The overall experience at the dealership from the front desk person to the car detail team, and everyone in between are very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend Korum Lincoln - they made our car buying experience very pleasant and the dealership itself is top notch!

We’ve been wanting a quiet, comfortable and luxury SUV so popped in to check out the 2024 Nautilus we’ve researched. Micheal was great! He asked all the right questions as to what we were looking for, and very thoroughly answered ours. Korum has a nice inventory so finding what checked all the boxes and in the perfect color we just couldn’t leave without it. We are very happy customers and highly recommend this dealership. It’s very classy, clean and everyone we spoke to were so kind. It was late and closing time, but Micheal very patiently made sure we were all synced and set before we ever left which was awesome.
