I took my husband's glasses in to be repaired. They were not purchased at Lenscrafters. Cassie was VERY helpful. She repaired them in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Everyone was very kind.

Always a great experience. The staff and provider are really professional. Cassie helped me pick a really cool pair of sunglasses. She was really relaxed and didn't mind navigating multiple quotes for multiple pairs. I've been coming here for 4 years, I'll for sure return next year.

I needed glasses and contacts. I have bad eyes but can say this location did a great job for me. The doctor helped make my prescription near perfect and they have
state of the art equipment. The rest of the staff is very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back here for my next eye exam!

I wanted to give a huge thanks to Brian at the South Hill Mall Lenscrafters for helping me out tonight. I came in this evening super bummed out with my favorite pair of glasses that had just been sat on and he was able to get them good as new for me and have me on my way in under 5 minutes. He was very kind and I really enjoyed the short conversation I had with him. He was able to answer a few questions for me which was very helpful and it was an overall really great experience thanks to Brian. ?

I spent over $700 on two pairs of glasses got some kind of anti reflection Coating (don't do it your glasses will always smear and never be cleaned) after a year or so the Coating coming off they are blaming alcohol wipes funny I use there but when I went to see if they could help me on the glasses they said sorry nothing they can. Now that's bad customer but even before this even started the people on the sales floor are extremely rude and don't answer questions clearly and give you answers like yeah! Yeah! And when you ask them questions they get frustrated especially when you start questioning the extra charges on glasses like sunglass tint (I don't need that $35-85) extra. Even after you buy the glasses you get your new pair you tell them hey these are having a tough time getting rid of smears and get even more frustrated saying well I don't have thar problem they were so rude I just gave up on them. BUYER BEWARE PRODUCTS OVERPRICED AND NOT GOOD QUALITY AND ALL THE SALE STAFF JUST TO BE NICE
