I’ve taken multiple cars to Les Schwab and each time it feels like they do the bare minimum. I’ve had two alignments done and neither was done correctly. The vehicles still pulled afterward. I also brought a car in for a pre-trip inspection and was told everything looked fine, even though there were essentially no brakes in the pedal, which is a serious safety issue. As a former employee, it's frustrating to see how far the standards have dropped. There’s no written documentation about your vehicle’s condition, no detailed inspection report, just a quick once-over and you're out the door. Very disappointing.

I brought my car in for a tire repair/replacement, and they told me they couldn't source my tire. They suggested replacing all four, pushing their brand, even though my current tires only have 15,000 miles on them. While I was waiting, I noticed the customer next to me was peering through the window into the shop, seemingly to make sure they were doing what he came in for. I was already a bit annoyed, but what really bothered me was when I got back in my car, it said the hood was still open. Why would a tire appointment involve looking under my hood? That felt disrespectful

Need tires within a couple days for a big trip I had planned, in and out within a couple hours after the tires were delivered. The guys at the counter were knowledgeable and very helpful.

If i could give a zero i would. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment, my jeep felt worse right when I left the shop, took it to a different mechanic and his assessment of the work was as follows....the tie rod on this Jeep has a bend to clear around the front differential, and that bend was left 90 degrres out of position. They didn't rotate the steering stabilizer clamp so it pushed the stabilizer shock up into the panhard bar bracket. Also they blew out the grease boot on the brand new tie rod end passenger side. They completley screwed up an alignment! A job these guys should be able to do in their sleep! So i had another mechanic fix the work done by this Les Schwab shop.

When another big brand shop in Puyallup refused to bolt on my summer wheels I went to Les Schwab. They got me done fast and without the hassle that DT was giving me. Les Schwab earned my repeat business today!
