I had an unexpected stem valve brake on my trailer tire right before heading out to Denver Colorado. I arrived at 8:10 just as they had opened and there was already an hour and a half wait. Dominique sensed my urgency and went ahead and fixed it on the spot himself. He was very pleasent and made my stress level nearly a zero. Thank you very much Dominique!

“I paid close to $1500 for brake service on both of my pickup trucks. After getting home that same weekend, my brake light came on showing the brake fluid was low. I had my son add fluid, which was frustrating considering the service I had just paid for. On Thursday, , I took my truck back expecting it would be a quick top-off. Instead, I waited over three hours — which was actually longer than the original service — only to find out the issue was caused by the shop not tightening my brake line properly during the first visit. They also missed an entire bolt which needed to be ordered as well.
This was a disappointing experience after spending so much money and time. I expected better attention to detail and accountability not to mention ask if they could compensate for the situation.

I never write reviews, but I have to commend this Les Schwab location. I came in expecting to only need a flat repaired, but it turns out there was a ton of damage to my wheel and a more substantial service was needed. I’ve been looking forward to a camping trip and was really worried I’d have to cancel, but Cameron really put in the work to get me a new wheel from across town and got back on the road the same day. He helped me out big time, and on top of that came out while I was waiting and made a real effort to connect with me as a person (which really helped me, because I was pretty upset when I first heard the news). The price at the end of the service was less than I feared and I felt hugely taken care of, and you just don’t get service like that anywhere anymore. It’s this kind of service and kindness that’s going to keep me coming back to Les Schwab. If the rest of the team is even 10% as good as Cameron, they’d still be a cut above other options. Super grateful for the interaction I had here, and I’ll certainly be coming back.

Had a slow leak on one of the tires. Took it to another place, didn't fix. Les swab fixed it. No charge. Service people were all happy and helpful.

I took my 2 door Volkswagen and a tire from my truck to get fixed. To start the guy at the counter talks to you like your stupid. When I went to get my car they had the truck tire in the backseat on the seat of my 2 door car. There is now white paint from the tire on the seat. I would not recommend to anyone else

Had the absolute best experience at this location. Cameron was so knowledgeable and supportive in locating and helping me select a set of rims for my Tesla. The work was done quickly, the price was awesome and the service was amazing. The whole team here seems to really care about the work. Dominic was also awesome and eager to help!

I had a slow leak in my tire. I dropped my vehicle off to have it fixed. The next day before leaving for work it was flat again. I brought my car back, I had been sitting in my car at the bay waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me but the MANAGER looked at me and walked off. I know why but I will keep that to myself. I proceeded to get out my vehicle and gave the so called MANAGER a stare, both of us giving eye contact and he did nothing. A young gentleman came over to assist me and presented me with a smile and did what the MANAGER should have done. I will never visit this establishment again and I will not recommend any person of ….. to ever patronize this place

Nothing like coming in for a flat repair to wait 3 hours then the next morning the same tier is flat an stuck where your at grate job guys

I've had a horrible experience I came in July 14th at 9:00 a.m. they told me it's a 2-hour window I expected a call a little bit after 11:00 a.m. I don't give phone call until 4:05 p.m. to have my tire looked at and then I'm sitting here for 2 hours it is 6:05 and the tire's still not done The lack of empathy for a person and their schedule as well as working all day is not taken inconsideration very improfessional

I’ve been coming to this Les Schwab for years and never had a problem until today. This visit was a complete mess.
I showed up at 10 AM and was told it’d be about an hour to an hour and a half wait for a single tire leak. Fair enough—I said I’d wait and sat in the lobby. Three hours go by before they finally pull my car into the bay.
Then a tech comes out and asks if I have the wheel lock key. I told him it was at home. He tells me he can’t take the wheel off without it, which I get. I told him to either air it up or don’t—doesn’t matter, I’ve got a pump in the car and can grab the key. But then he says, “I would’ve done the tire sooner if I had the lock.” That’s just ridiculous. I’d been sitting in the lobby watching my car the entire time, and nobody ever came out to check or ask about the car.
When I mentioned that their website says they have keys for most wheel locks, he hit me with, “I don’t know where you looked that up at,” like I made it up. Instead of just saying the info was wrong or outdated, he acted like it was my fault.
While I was gone grabbing the key, I saw another customer come in around 1:40 PM—exactly when she was told her vehicle would be ready. She had two young kids with her. The guy tells her there are still 10 or 11 cars ahead of her. When she asked why they told her 1:40, his response was, “Maybe that’s when he said he’d try to get you in.” What kind of answer is that?
I don’t know what’s going on here anymore, but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. This used to be my go-to spot. After today, I won’t be recommending it to anyone.
Edit: Almost 5 hours and still here for ONE tire.
