5 years or more ago I would get buisness hats from Them and it was easy. Tried in December. Three guys working and they seem to have every reason why they couldn't help.
Avoiding eye contact,back chatting with each other. I let it go seeing it was about a half hour before closing. I will say I did hear them say are you going to help him with that and the other guy said I off in a minute. Pff.
I went back in on the 3rd of January. one employee one of the three from the original group was busy helping some one. Not a problem, I was there 6 min or so standing and wondering near the cashier desk in line with a hat to ask a question.
Completely ignored me not one word went straight to a young man and starting helping him. I dont leave bad reviews I understand how it affects buisness because I am a buisness owner. I drove 40 min to go to this store and get a dozen hats made for my employees and won't be going back.

Excellent customer service always.
However, there’s No good Sales actually.
It’s always buy one get one half off.
Would be nice for 25% sale.

The guy at lids was rude. Very disrespectful and when we asked questions he seemed like it was too difficult to answer. he wanted to do the bare minimum & complained when we asked to do the designs

Every time I come here there is a sign saying they are in the bathroom and will be right back. I finish my shopping and head back and the store is still closed.

Was in there on 4/13 wanting to exchangeA hat with receipt purchased a different lids store was informed by extremely rude manager- he was not able to return sinceHe did not carry the style. That Manager needs to Be Fired

I bought a hat online and they said they could embroider any hat even if we didn’t buy it at Lids. Easy options for the embroidery. We chose size, font and thread and saw a sample on the computer! 15 minutes and done!

Amazing store although very empty it still has its spark. Go down the middle hallway and you can find that kids there, it’s amazing.

2nd day trying to come here And there was a sign saying be right back. Waiting for 30 min now. Last time they said back at 11am waiting till 1130 and still didn't show up. Get some real staff

Got my kids a v day gift in here. The guy working at the time was really sweet and very polite. He was so good with my 5 yr old too! She was having trouble choosing so he made a little game out of it and she had her winner in about 30 seconds. Love it!
