Great experience working with Cody and the team. They went way over and above to get our project completed quickly and gave us multiple options to allow us to minimize costs while providing an extremely high quality product. Many body shops I've delt with have shady buisness practices to get your car in and then jack up the costs. Not this shop! I have complete trust and faith in this shop to do the best job at the most reasonable price possible. This is now my go-to body shop!

Paid over $10k a few years ago! Some repair and new paint. Got side drivers door stolen from Maaco break in that we were never informed of, we found out when another customer found their stolen truck with the contents of our glove block in it. Then the pierce county sheriff called us to say they found our door. Maaco didn't say anything to us, we had to go into store and mentioned it ourselves after giving Marco a chance to tell us himself. Was supposed to take 2 weeks but took 4 months. What we got back was a bad $1200 paint job, a ton of headaches, no answers, wrong driver door replacement, the fuel button missing, passager door missing various parts, and a car that broke down on a long trip, that we told Maaco we were taking.
We would never take another car to Maaco in Puyallup specifically. No response from previous post and not likely we will.
My advice: if u insist upon Maaco go to tacoma store. Different parent company and I haven't had any issues with them.

Had my truck painted at Maaco in Puyallup and Steve and the whole shop hit a home run. They helped find the exact color I was looking for. They did a great job, the paint looks great. I couldn't be happier. Fast service, great price.

I enjoyed using Maaco (for the first time) and enjoyed the crew (employees) that helped me remove my tailgate and reinstalled it after the beautiful paint job. I love the paint quality and the paint color matches perfectly. Thank you Maaco!

Had inside door panels painted in car....... they didn't color match at all.... feel like they chose whatever paint they had randomly...... on top of that they added a gloss when it was matte before.....they left my car completely dirty inside too and painted things that were not supposed to be painted..... they kept my car for 6 days for a 3 hour project........ would give negative stars for there service. They wouldn't give a refund and I had to take it somewhere else TO HAVE THAT MESS FIXED

Not satisfied with the paint quality.
Took my car in for a bumper and fender repaint ā they had it for three days, only to tell me the paint didnāt match. Came back, and they still couldnāt match it, so I had to choose the ābetterā mismatch. I understand some variance with different materials, but the paint is already chipping, and thereās visible sanding marks and black showing through. Overall, just not a quality job.
