Store isn't even open though it says online they are, sign on door says sorry closed and missed delivery slips attached to metros door. Don't like paying online but your about to lose a valued customer. No reason to be closed

Extremely incompetent folks. I've been here two times, I've been given two different prices for the phone.After trying to switch, Metro representative couldn't figure things out and was constantly on a phone with her manager. Eventually I decided to stay on my current plan, too much hassle and wasted time.Strongly not recommending.

I ordered a phone on a Sunday, and was told it would be two days. I called back Wednesday when I didn't hear anything, and was told it was not there. Friday I called, and it had arrived Thursday, but no one contacted me. The phone I wanted was advertised as available for $99, but I had to order it with $100 deposit. When I went to get it, I was told it would be an additional $135. The description card by the phone clearly showed $99, but I was told that because they had a sheet of paper at the desk that said $149, and that I'd have to pay the taxes on the full value of the phone as well, bringing the total to over $300 including my deposit. This is very deceptive, so I asked for my deposit back, and not only could she not credit my card back, she didn't have cash in the store to return my deposit. She asked me to return later to get it. She was very polite, and understood my objections, but I believe her hands are tied due to Metro's deceptive practices.

Ripped off,!!! don't go to Metro pcs, they rip you off at this store, yes they have cheap plans but not worth getting ripped off over a hundred dollars worth

This place is no longer there. I bought my and my partners phones at this location and when I went to go back about a month ago, the place was just gone.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. The sales people are pushy. They don't follow through on promise dates. I've been to the store multiple times to pick up promised merchandise and they are giving excuses on why the merchandise is not in the store. I asked for a refund because I tired of going to the store and was told no that I could not get a refund. I would stay away from this store because Jakobi doesn't know how to do his job either. Also we asked them to take tablets off our account and there were excuses on why they couldn't do it. This use to be the store to go to until the new associates started working in this store.

Went in to add two lines to an existing plan. I was welcomed by Antonio. I let him know what I was looking for and that I was looking to keep costs low. He showed me some of the free promotional devices. He even gave me a recommendation for a newer device that was not yet on display.He activated and set up the devices. He was very personable and a significant improvement from my last in store MetroPCS experience (at another store).I'll be returning to this location when I decide to upgrade my own device. Thanks Antonio.

I wish I could give zero. I was verbally abused and bullied by Brad the manager. He was rude argumentative and refused to help me . I am a long time customer and am looking into a new service .

My granddaughter went in to this store to have her sim card switched from a broken phone to a new phone. I had given her the 8 digit pin/security number, however she lost it before getting to the store. The male associate she spoke with asked her 3 or 4 questions about the account to verify her authority to make changes. She did not know the answer to any of them. So the employee changed the pin number and helped her change the sim. I am glad that she got this accomplished but I am upset about the lack of security. How did he know she was really my granddaughter and on the account. She could have been anyone. What is the purpose of the security pin if an employee can change it at will to help the person in front of him. In this case I had sent my granddaughter in but he had no way to tell who she was and that she could make this change. What if I had changed the account and she was no longer on it but decided to get back on it. We have a lot of hackers, etc stealing sim card numbers and using them to make unauthorized calls and now we have MetroPCS employees helping them. I think it is time to go shopping for a new carrier.
