Went to this location spoke with Jasmine who stated she is the Manager, was very rude and refused to serve me...projecting her racism on me because she wanted me to know that other stores have been robbed...that's not my business. I have been a customer of METRO PCS for over 20 yrs and I've never experienced this before.

the first time I was there it was a female and she could not help me so she asked me to come back the next day and talk to a gentleman I came back the next day myself and another lady was standing outside for over 20 minutes the store never opened so we leftI came back a week later and bought a phone from another gentleman but I had problems trying to get it to work I had to have three or four other people try to figure it out then it has issues it glitches a lot and it won't let me do things like now I'm texting by voice and I have to keep hitting the microphoneI'm very disappointed with the phone I've had many bad issues with it

Kid working was so high he couldn't hardly answer our questions, and everything started with "uhhhhhhhhhh" to which didn't get answered or he would go onto something else. He repeated himself numerous times as well as asked us the same questions over and over cause he would forget that he already asked us. To each their own, but if you're going to work with the public....come on. Phone selection was super slim pickings. Ready to go back to regular T-Mobile.

Every Metro that I go to I get a different experience. The South Hill Puyallup Metro is by far the best franchise of Metro I've been to. They're honest, fast, friendly and a great experience to work with. Before you buy from Metro I suggest you all different franchises. Get a price quote and you'll notice they're all different. Then call South Hill Metro last. And they'll beat every other quote by far. Try that if you want to say some money.

Went in to learn about getting home wifi and was helped by Alex. She explained everything in a way I could understand and didn't make me feel stupid. She was an absolute delight!

Sales rep lied about the phone she sold me said it had a better camera than IPhone I didn’t know any better so I bought the phone she highly recommended I repeatedly asked if the phone malfunctioned I could get refunded yes yes she replied absolutely 2 hours later all the color from the phone was gone screen was grey so I googled the Nord N20 the one she said was the best phone better than IPhone and the website said bring the phone back it’s broken so I looked at the web address for refunds and it states you can not get a refund for a defective phone only if you don’t like it imagine my surprise I called customer service they told me to go to the store for a refund the sales rep said we don’t give refunds all you can have is a replacement phone that’s not what I was told before I paid for the phone this place is a circus there is always a line of unhappy customers and when I went into the store to get the replacement phone they didn’t have it I am not finished with this place they still have my money and I have a broken phone I was lied to tricked and basically robbed of my money there is a lot more to this fiasco this is the short version don’t shop here they will not refund no matter what and will lie and lie and lie to make a sale I am currently in the process of initiating a chargeback I will never step foot back into this film flam rip-off business this is my first review I’m not pleased to have my name associated with this establishment I am astonished that the owner doesn’t care about honoring what the sales rep promised I intend to get my refund and will not stop until $286 .78 is back into my bank account

Ivan the retail store manager was Awesome. He was able to fix my phone and SIM card problem and find out it was not SIM card issue but another! I am so Thankful for Ivan's wonderful, efficient, and very fast service. Thank you Ivan

I went to switch from Sprint...taking advantage of the $25-single-line service offered by Metro. I couldn't be more pleased to have received such a top rate customer service from a gentleman named Erick. He was very nice. Very concise. Clear in what he knows, honest and straight to the point.Within 15 minutes, I got a phone I wanted, the plan I wanted, at the price as advertised by Metro PCS. NO BS!In comparison to customer service and product knowledge offered by another Metro PCS located at 1501 E. Main Ave, Ste B in Puyallup, it's night and day.The MetroPCS store mentioned above wasted 4 days of my time and lots of frustration and disappointment.Kudos to Erick.From a happy customer ?
