Everything went well. Receptionists were very nice. Nurse Kelli was very professional. Dr Shen was excellent as usual.She answered all the questions very clearly.

I was very worried about the appointment. The staff at the front desk were busy but check in was easy. I wish I had my print out of my visit I can't remember names... The nurse was very knowledgeable, professional. The Doctor instantly addressed my concerns with my blood levels going back to 2012 (I think) to now on the computer. It really helped me understand the different changes on the levels. I'm so happy MultiCare is so close to my home, I have had a lot of health problems and I have nothing but high praise for everyone I have had contact with. Thanks.

Seems like a waste of time I hear the same information every visit they even come visit me and giving me the same information while doing treatment at DaVita as well as the nurse at DaVita giving me the same results so I have the same information over and over again it's a waste of my time and the doctors

The entire team is always on time for appointments, never waited more than 5 minutes to start an appointment. Dr. Shen is my third kidney doctor and by far the best. She is patient, takes sufficient time to fully answer my questions and offer advice to manage my CKD.
