Came for TSA , and Mark Griffin was amazing. Although I arrived a day early for my appointment (??♀️), he was able to help me complete my application promptly. This employee was professional, kind, and respectful. Felt like I was back in the day when customers were treated courteously rather than just a number.

I didn't get the gentlemen's name who helped me today. I believe he was the service manager at the copy and print station. He did an amazing job at helping me with a project for my son's graduation. Very patient with me, efficient, and customer service oriented.

I had the out line of a woman’s head but the bottom of the page was gray. She helped me figure it out and then made great copies on card stock. Also with some legal documents.

Visited Puyallup Office Depot Office Max recently with a laptop issue. They were informative, knowledgeable and very friendly. It's my go to place for tech help!

Went into this store to print two items. After the first clerk passed job off to second clerk the young gal didn't listen to what we wanted printed, had to explain three times. Waited a long time for her to find the paper and print simple items from my jump drive. Then she walked away without returning jump drive. Had to wait again for several minutes to get it back and she didn't give us print receipt for cashier to ring up the order. After waiting in line to pay for over 5 minutes the cashier called print clerk on radio only to be told we could leave without paying anything. Very proor customer service and extremely bad communication! Even tho I was not charged, I will never return to this store.

The Puyallup has a smart IT guru when it comes to printers. Which is all we were shopping for at the time. He knew all the ins and outs of every single printer on the shelf as well as others that weren't in the inventory. Truly impressed. So many other stores hire people who really aren't very educated to give proper information on the stores products. Really dislike working with that type of employee.

Jordan was awesome. Super friendly and immediately helped me find what I was looking for. Had good info and seemed excited to do his job. On a day where I did not want to run errands, he made the experience great.

Staff at the Puyallup Office Depot are always so pleasant and helpful. All of them. I really enjoy shopping there and have had several print jobs completed - always done well and efficiently. This will always be my ‘go to’ office store.
