I called to find out about a pair of holiday pajama bottoms. Does societ told me that they had them in the store, gave me the price, and said that she had a lot of them. I asked her about them having a sale she said tomorrow which is Friday they would have a 50% off sale if you open a credit card. I asked if she knew about the sale and and she did not have any information or know anything about the sale. I asked to speak to somebody that could tell me about the sale or new more information. The manager got on the phone and Wait to look for the pajama bottoms came back and told me they do not have these in the store. Why would but. Why with the associate tell me that they had them and a lot of them when they don't even have them in the store. Bad, bad, customer service. Why would an associate lie about an item and you don't even have them in the store.. Very irritated and doubt if I would shop there ever again.
