“This is my favorite store. They always have the cutest colored firearms. Great customer service and very sweet staff. They are not just Pawn Shop They are family and care about their customers. Mia, Christa and Michelle are so amazing and nice to me all the time. Hope to see Mia one day a manager. Jacky and Isak are super cool and help me find what I need every time I come in the store. “I love this place, this is the only pawn shop Ill go to anymore. They really do treat you like family. I was broke and really needed money for.payroll and brought in my item. I told them my story and not only did they give me what I asked for, they even gave me an extra 50 dollars cause they could tell I was hurting. They also have an amazing selection of my type of stuff. The shoe selection is amazing as well. The only thing I wish they had was more Kobalt power tools. The hours are a bit weird sometimes too. i just went up there and they were closed in the middle of the day.”
“Highly recommend Pawn 1. Prices are great, loans are very fair and the staff are beyond the best. It’s not always easy to find yourself in a tough situation when a loan is needed, and it can be a difficult decision when it comes to something you really value. The staff are compassionate and go out of their way to work with you. Specifically, I want to mention Laura for her professionalism, compassion, and genuine desire to do good business. Pawn 1 is lucky to have her and is one of the reasons I continue to turn to them whether it be for a loan or something I want to sell. “I called after the closing time today. But an excellent spirited man named ROBERT stayed after 33 whole minutes listening to my problem and was especially super sympathetic and showed so much concern by the end of the call I really literally felt better. This was such an amazing call. I had pawned something to return to Europe for a funeral. So I left and got back here in the states and discovered I was past due date. But when I returned to states sister died. This man was so nice and I know if we had more caring and sympathetic people like him with so much raw and genuine concern it made me cry. You don't find many compassionate people in this world anymore. Like you know when people are rushing you off the phone NEVER ONCE DID HE SAY WELL WERE CLOSED, NOR DID HE SEEM TO INSINUATE EITHER HE LISTENED AND I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND I SIMPLY WISH MORE FOLKS IN THIS WORLD WOULD HAVE THIS CONCERN FOR PEOPLE. “They google the value of your item. Then they look for certain marks that say whatever you bring is authentic. They dont know how to actually authenticate things even with the receipt. So you dont know if what your buying is authentic. Different reps have different prices to offer. Theyre just not condistent and truly educated to authenticate things”
