I’ve been going to Tina at Pearl Nails for almost 3 yrs now and she is by far the best! She’s so sweet and she’s good at what she does! She will not only give you what you ask for but she goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations! I keep going back to Pearl Nails because of her. Keep up the good work Tina!

Nails started lifting the day after I had them done. After the 4th day all of them had completely lifted, only hanging on at the tips which will end up destroying my nail beds for the next 5-6 months… I am SO upset, they cost me $80 for a simple French tip which I was quoted $45 for. It only took 35 minutes for the lady to do them and they literally didn’t even last a day…. I will not be back.

Paid 85 for a pedicure for myself and i left extremely unsatisfied. Wanted my toes square and even out, she rounded them, the gel flooded my cuticles and the polish is uneven not to mention that she cut me.
Paid extra and got the “fancy” pedicure for the steam and she was too worried about shutting it off early for me to even enjoy it and the wax was taken off my feet after less than a minute.
My partner his pedicure was rushed since she had an appointment, but didn’t want to give up her “turn”
We paid over 150 in pedicures alone, not happy with service on top of the insults, crazy what the techs say when they think you don’t understand.

If I could give them 0 stars I would… PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CLEAN NICE PLACE! I went here to get an acrylic fill and the lady at chair 6 (who I later found out is named Cindy) she drilled my cuticles so bad they were bleeding and got all swollen when I left. Also mid way through my appointment she decided to clip her own dead skin on her finger and proceeded to put the clippers back in the “sterile” container. I went back to ask for a refund and they told me to come later in the day when the manager was there so I did and she refused to give me a refund even after seeing how torn up my cuticles are from them being drilled. They tried telling me it was an allergy to gel polish (mind you I got regular polish not gel) and when I told her that she didn’t have anything to say except she would not give me a refund. I don’t believe this place does good business nor do they treat their customers with decency. It can be very dangerous if you get cut by unsterile drill bits so I would not advise anyone go here.
