Richie is the best!!!! Super great customer service, gave sound advice on what work I actually needed done and work was done in a timely manner and best if all he made me laugh ? I will definitely be back and you should give Pep Boys a try ask for Richie.

I just want to say today I received amazing service at the Pep Boys on Meridan in Puyallup. Today was my birthday and it seemed like I was running into every obstacle possible but the I came in and talked to Richard AKA Papa Smurf and his witty personality instantly brightened up my day. Chad was also and amazing spirit, very detailed team and they helped me every step of the way. Shoutout to Papa Smurf and Pep Boys.

I was treated very badly. The gentleman who spoke with me was dismissive and rude. I was very surprised since I read such great reviews. Hoping I have better luck at a different location.

Every time I come here they are super friendly and pretty fast. I needed my tire patched up and they did it for me fast and FREE. I am very thankful for these guys especially the guy in the front he’s so nice and welcoming.

After puncturing a tire over the weekend, I had to get it serviced quick and this location had a slot open on a Sunday to get me in and out. Not only were they fast and efficient, the employees were so incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely come back if I have other issues!
