First of all, the front desk staff at Pepper’s are incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
Their professionalism sets the tone and contributes to the feeling of being cared for that permeates Pepper’s. Brava!
Today Amber permed my hair, trimmed and styled it. I hadn’t had a perm in at least two decades, so I was apprehensive. But Amber was very patient with me (saintly, lol) and understood exactly what I was hoping for and delivered a beautiful natural-looking curly do. I can’t remember the last time I was this happy with my hair. What a really nice boost to my confidence! Thank you, Amber!!

This is my third time there and always get a good curly hair cut. I get asked a lot of questions about how I want it anything new going on with my hair, products that are working or not.
I feel like I am always taken back a little late for my appt but not longer than 15 minutes and I know they are taking their time with their current customer and will with me too. Worth the extra 15 minute wait.

Heidi is the best hair stylist I have had in over 25 years! She listens to my preferences and goes to it! She’s very friendly, cordial and possesses awesome customer service and hair styling skills! She is a joy to see each time I show for an appointment! The Reception staff are also great! Their warm greetings, friendly smiles, and excellent hospitality make for a perfect experience during my visits. Thank you, Heidi, and staff! See you in five weeks! Taryn & Lena are both so wonderful. My first time at Pepper’s Salon and I am so happy I found you. It was my first time coming to Peppers Salon and Heidi was sooo great. She revived my curls that i thought was absolutely impossible to revive. After a year of trying treatments to bring back my curls, no product can resolve the issue but Heidi sure did. Will definitely come back in the future & recommend to anyone who wants a curl cut! She made my day! ?

I’ve been going here for about 6 years. Always extremely happy with any stylist I get. The owner takes pride in assuring her patrons are satisfied by giving the stylists all the training and tools they need and want to succeed. Very low turnover. Happy to know the employees are appreciated. I have been to other shops with great stylists, but they always leave for greener pastures. Win win for all.
