The NO ONE in the grooming salon is formally trained, and they leave your dog in a kennel for 2-3 hours with no water or food. They double and triple book and that is why it takes 3-4 hours for service. I would never recommend PetSmart grooming.

We have been taking our cat to the grooming salon for almost a year now. She has had 6 appointments with Ashley, who has always done an amazing job, and is very kind with our girl. Highly recommend her to groom your kitties.?

We took our dog today, we told them the usual cut, guess what happened to my dog? I don’t recommend this place for grooming . She said whoever cut her hair , she have 13 years experience . See the attached pictures you tell me if this is professional groomer.

Store is clean, employees are all nice, smiling & helpful, they always open a 2nd or 3rd register as needed, 3 or more people in line so there's not much of a wait

Only giving 2 starts because I love the Banfield staff and the cashier Serenity was very helpful.
I had to take a quick trip yesterday 5/30 to grab wet dog food. I went in grabbed my 4 cans and went to check out. There were two lines with people in it and 1 lines light was off. So I went into Tyler’s line where the light was on. The one lady in front of me was doing a return, but forgot her card when asked so she had to go out to her car. I waited a few minutes and by now the other lane is also free. A young lady walks up and tells the teller that she has a question, somehow that turned into her checking out and I’m still waiting for the lady to come back. Tyler again reminds me that it will be a minute.
As the other lines transaction is coming to a close, i decided to get into her line, and Serenity tells me “hey your my last customer”. I say my items down and then some other customers pile into Tyler’s lane. Mind you this is almost the same moment I decided to move and he tells the others “I can take you”. I definitely said something to him because why was I not afforded that same opportunity to check out ?

My 8-year-old granddaughter went to the cashier, so excited to get a dog tank and he was so patient with her helped her.Pick it out show her how to use the machine and she left delighted

The workers need to get it together. Last week they say they’ll have the fish I want on Thursday, I come in Thursday at 2:30pm. They are unable to sell me fish because they are still acclimating. Okay that’s acceptable, but the lady gave me straight attitude about it and said “they’ll be ready in an hour.” So I go have lunch and come back an hour and 15 minutes later. The lady is gone so a different employee informs me that although they are released they won’t be allowed to sell any fish for another hour. It’s not okay to mess with people’s time this way. I’ve left my tanks under stocked for a week, my live plants are suffering from the lack of co2 and now most of my afternoon on my one day off is wasted. I would have went somewhere else if she told me it’d be another couple hours when I originally got here.
Now they’ve lost a loyal customer.

I bring my dogs in like they are visiting "their " store. Great place with everything we need.
They have a scale to weigh your dogs. I can't hold my dogs and look down at a home scale.
It is so convenient.

Do not get your pets groomed here. I went here for months with no issues and then was refused service today because of my dogs history of seizures. I advised staff that she hasn’t had a seizure in over a year and that they’ve been aware of her history of seizures and have seen her repeatedly in the past with no issues. They didn’t care to hear what I had to say. When I spoke with a manager I was informed that the groomers can refuse to see any dog. When I asked why they didn’t call and cancel the appointment ahead of time instead of having me waste my time and gas (30 min drive); his reply was that he was unsure and he’d talk to them. No apology. When I said how horrible this customer service is and that I would not be returning, he replied with a chipper “okay”. They clearly don’t care about you, your pets or your business here. Go somewhere that does.
