I stopped by the salon last week and told them I was new to the area and was looking for a salon. I said I need a haircut and then weekly blowouts. The girl took my name, number and information and said she would send out a group text to the hairstylists and someone would get back to me. No one ever contacted me. Guess they're not looking for new customers. Customer service is everything to me!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The only services I've ever been here for are brows (but my mom gets her hair and brows done here and loves it as well) but I could not be happier. I started my brow journey here after years of attempted recovery from the early 2000s pencil brow epidemic ... I had done a lot to regrow them myself, but couldn't get the full brows I wanted, and had short "tails" and bald spots here and there that just wouldn't grow back, so I had to fill them in with pencils. They didn't look horrible but I felt so self-conscious about the way they looked without makeup. I was gifted the microblading service one Christmas (I think 2022?) and immediately was hooked! Not only was the environment SO chill (Autumn is one of the most relaxed/easiest people to talk to) but I loved how direct and clear she was. From even the first texts we exchanged back and forth she was adamant about never selling false hope or committing to a final product she couldn't achieve, which helped me fully grasp where my brows would/should end up. As a matter of fact, she wouldn't even give any assurance of ANY outcome before meeting in person for the free consultation so she could see what she was working with and make happen! I've felt confident and comfortable for the entirety of all my services so far, and Autumn is wonderful about taking a pause to check in and have her clients view the progress and feel assured that things are going how they wanted/expected. She's also constantly verbally filling you in on where she's at and what she's doing, so you always know step-by-step what is going on even without looking. What Up Brow has given me the opportunity to feel happy, confident, and PROUD of my brows for the first time in my life- which is HUGE after years of shame over non-existent brow hair. I can't imagine ever trusting anyone else with my brow maintenance and hope I never have to! She's the real MVP! A final note- I did see a very negative review of the brow services with nothing but a brief screenshot of a text thread and a very unclear view of some henna brows (which honestly didn't look bad). I don't know the girl who posted that, but what I can say is that my years of experience now working with Autumn and What Up Brow can fully confirm that all her complaints of false promises and lack of communication during a service are 1000% inaccurate, and there are also only negative reviews on that girl's account (the other even with a response from a business owner stating that girl never even got a service from her business and accusing her of defamation) so my assumption is that this girl isn't the most reliable source for an honest review

This salon is so cute and very accommodating. Shout out to my stylist Elyse! She is an earth side hair angel!! Omg!
I came in because I needed my hair fixed from a previous appointment at a reputable salon and Elyse worked her magic on my hair! I feel a million times better and so happy with the end result. I have a lot of hair and it is super thick and she took on the challenge like a champ. She was so sweet and I loved that she walked me through every step and told me what she was going to do to my hair which definitely put me at ease the entire appointment. I definitely recommend this salon. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I have been coming to Piper & Co. for several months now and always have a great experience. The salon itself is clean, cute, modern, and easy to get to. They have a great selection of products to purchase including hair products, hand poured candles (they smell so good!), and permanent jewelry. My incredibly talented stylist Leslie does an amazing job on my pixie cut and color and is always so friendly and sweet! I know I will walk out of there with a great cut/color every time. Call Piper & Co. for your next appointment!

Best experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done. Staff was all friendly and Elyse who did my hair was amazing. She took her time and put me at ease with the process. She even brought me a drink and snacks. 10/10 would recommend this salon.

As a Canadian who’d never been at a salon in the US I was nervous to hire a new stylist but I trusted Jacob’s hands and expertise and I should say I would never dreamed of such gorgeous highlights with great dimension. Jacob is an expert in what he does, very talented and skilled hair artist.If you’re seeking a completely new look or makeover, go to Jacob at “Piper & Co” salon without a second though. Terrible customer service! I’ve reached out to book an appointment twice after getting pricing from the male stylist Jacob and he’s never responded to my messages. Very unprofessional, if this is how the conduct business prior to the set appointment, I’m glad they won’t be touching my hair!
