Excellent customer support. Allowed me to store my package that I wasn't able to get the correct label tracking for and even gave some advice on how I could return the package. I've had problems with other postal services in the past and this is by far the best customer support. If I ever need to ship anything in the future, I will be going here for sure!

I stopped in here for the first time last week, and it will absolutely not be my last. It is a very well-organized store and the owner has even started selling local handmade products from other businesses! (Hence my photos)
I went in to drop off a stamped postcard, and ship two packages. I ended up purchasing an envelope from there for one item, but my other one was already boxed up. I was looking for a shipping form to fill out, but you don't have to! All I ended up doing was handing over my ID so she could key in my info and then told her exactly where it was going. She broke down shipments and pricing, and was very thorough and explaining timelines when it came to each shipper. (I'm a former UPS & FDX worker of 20 years, have several friends working for the postal service, & I'm very knowledgeable in this area) everything that the employee told me it was absolutely correct. I am highly appreciative of that!
I'm sad to see negative comments and lower star ratings against this business due to delivery services... everyone does the best that they can and unfortunately sometimes things just happen. ( instead of getting mad at delivery workers and the businesses, maybe try shipping your stuff a little earlier ) 😉 I digress.
Postal Pros Pack & Ship it's truly a five-star business. When I entered the building, the owner was getting ready to go, but the lady who assisted me went above and beyond. The store is neat, clean, and they take pride in their appearance. Seeing all the local items in the shop is wonderful. I even bought honey from them! I was not expecting to buy honey while shipping a package, but hey, it happened! I will absolutely be returning and I hope you give these people a chance

Most efficient, friendly, fast service I have ever had. This store has the best staff who goes the extra mile to make sure that your taken care of. Every single time I've ever had to scan or fax or send they have never let me down even when I had difficulty with a fax transmission not of their doing at all they helped me trouble shoot for a deadline. Kindness and hardworking place and people that make a difference is very hard to come by these days. Thank you postal pros!

Great local postal shop! Very convenient for me living near them in the area, as the post office is quite a jaunt for me and takes too much time out of my day. I love how easy they make it to drop off packages regardless of the shipping service you use. Also as a small business owner myself I really enjoy that they have given space to some other local small businesses to sell things in the store. Can't wait until all of thier printing services are up and running so that I can stop outsourcing to big companies for my printing.

Shipping services are great, but they advertise notary services. Ive called three different times and their notary has never been there. Very frustrating. Trying to support a small business, but kinda hard when their advertised services are never available. Sorry
