It’s a small, regular quality, nail salon. I enjoy coming here because they do really good, simple, manicures and pedicures. Nothing too ornate or detailed, but still elegant and understated. Which is exactly what I’m looking for. If you’re wanting fancy art or extravagant nails, I would look for a more niche technician elsewhere. These ladies do a beautiful natural nail and I love it. The prices are extremely reasonable and the services are always timely. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be sat and my manicure never takes more than an hour. I would absolutely recommend.

I had given the person who was doing my nails, a picture of the exact set I wanted and they didn't do that. The nails aren't bad that I have now they just look absolutely nothing like the picture like it's not even the same color and there's so many things missing that were in the picture. It's not the same length or anything, The nails arent ugly? It just looks nothing like the picture.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Lily did a fantastic job, beautiful detail and very thorough! I came in with a specific manicure in mind, I typically do gel polish but she gave me a better suggestion doing dip powder to achieve the exact look I was going for. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, very clean environment and everyone was welcoming! I’ve been to many nail salons throughout Puyallup, but I would absolutely recommend this place over many others! ?

I’m a very busy woman and time is most precious and scarce. I was highly disappointed when I was turn away by the bougie Salon caddy corner from ProNails(you can figure out which one). I arrived at 6:35pm (they close at 7pm), I was told all the nail technicians are gone for the day. I counted seven were still present. So I scurried to Pro Nail (6:40-they close at 7:00). I was greeted with kindness and respect. They all made me feel welcome and unhurried. Lily took her time and did everything that I asked for. This is a family owned and operated salon. Not a money mill that three technicians work on you so they can get onto the next tipper. Thank you Pro Nail, I will definitely bring my family (I come from a huge family) and friends here and no where else!

I went here once years ago and didn't return. Then I saw they were under new management and decided to give them a try. I've been all over town to many different locations... and after 2nd and 3rd visits.. just disappointed. This is not the case at Pro Nails, now. The new owner is doing a wonderful job. The shop is bright, clean and calming. Staff is friendly, quickly attentive and helpful in great service. I've been going there steady for the last 6-8 months and now they are my spot. Only go see them if you're going to be very good to them. All of the staff I've encountered are very kind and friendly.
