Today I just signed my lease with MAX and he was super friendly super helpful he was fast but thorough after signing I felt safe and comfortable renting here and this would be a place I would highly recommend if u need storage

I've always been really iffy about storage units Amy has made it a great experience! She's very attentive and alert and very helpful you guys have a great asset to your team I would give her a raise if just my employee. I'm now going to purchase a second storage unit due to the first one being too small because I have so much crap and she's really helping me out a lot to try and get it close enough to what I need and to what they're offering. She always has a smile and very pleasant to have conversation with. As a matter of fast as soon as I'm done writing this I'll be giving her a call to pay for the second unit she tried to accommodate me and move me into one so I wasn't paying two bills but I'll be getting my apartment soon so I'm going to keep one and drop another but she's very very aware and attentive of trying to give the customer what they need it at the same time and also help save money so you're not overspending she does great upselling and knows her stuff once again you guys she's a great asset to have on your team.
