Please don’t store your items here. I had my personal belongings stored for 1.5 years. Coming back just to find rat droppings and urine all over my furniture. I had to throw away everything it was so bad. There is an obvious rat infestation that they are not addressing. Paying 100+ Dollars a month just for it to be ruined. All that was stated was “looks like you don’t have insurance on the unit”. If you care about the items you are storing, i recommend somewhere else. If I could give zero starts I would. Max did his best to help, but it simply wasn’t enough. Do your own research.

Rats ruined my couch and computer chairs rat shit and piss on everything and it went from $80-$130 in the time I was here just for my stuff to get ruined? What’s the point I should be refunded for the whole time if my stuff just got ruined because of their negligence

Rats. Lots of them. The attendant on duty took pictures of my ruined furniture, promised to submit a report and work on getting pest control to handle. I called after the first week and was told the attendant hadn’t reached management yet but said he’d get back to me. After 4 weeks and additional calls that went straight to voicemail, I called corporate. They offered no resolutions but DID tell me they had no reports filed on my unit.
Buyer beware. I have no personal axe to grind here. I hoped they’d respond quickly to rats and at least fumigate so the damage would stop (I checked recently and there are more droppings on the furniture). I’ve now got a bunch of junk I can’t clean that I’m paying to store. A lot of these 5 star reviews surprised me as they don’t seem to be actual reviews—just ‘I like so-and-so’. I left the state due to domestic violence and had my entire life in the storage unit for 4 months. I came back to get my items, and there was droppings of rats or mice. I believe one of them was in one of my boxes, because I heard something moving around.So when I got home, I just laid it on the ground, hoping it would come out. I also had several items missing unfortunately. 😕

The attendant we dealt with was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process and we felt very good about renting an RV space with this storage company.

Worst availability in the world. They will send you emails regarding fees if you go in or out of the gate late but for instance I and my partner downsized units and have no access to the door we need, but we need our stuff moved out of the other unit. Attempted to call customer service and the best option you can do is leave a message with the property manager because even though they’re website says their open and they have a sign with office hours, I have not seen or spoken to anyone for assistance when needed at any point even when needed on moving into our initial unit
