I had an absolutely outstanding experience here! The employee who helped me was incredible—professional, friendly, and impressively efficient. The entire process with them was just as fast (if not even faster!) than using the online system, which is already super easy and convenient on its own.
The facility itself is spotless. You can tell it’s kept in top-tier condition every single day. The heated units are well-maintained, comfortable to access, and clearly cared for. Even the bathrooms were clean and stocked, which says a lot—someone is obviously doing an excellent job staying on top of everything.
Between the great service, the smooth process, and the awesome prices and deals, this place really stands out. Highly recommend!

Balinda was great! She made sure we got the best prices available and all applicable promotions. Really good security here and constant monitoring, and its a heated facility so keeps your stuff maintained well!!! The building is elevated and well gated too. Happy to have my stuff here!

Went to my new storage unit on 39th in Puyallup and Amy helped me using my app for the first time. Amy was very nice and professional. The unit is perfect also, and I love the easy blue tooth/ phone access.

Had to find somewhere to store stuff before and upcoming deployment. Evin provided me with the best customer service! He took the time to guide me to a unit that best fit my current situation. Getting a storage unit here was a seamless process! The carts were easily accessible and my unit was not hard to find! It also did not seem like everyone is always here at the same time storing their stuff, so it was easy to get in and out of the compound. I would definitely utilize this storage again in the future if I needed to!
