The Puyallup Public Library is a fantastic and lovely community gathering place. It is a huge library with a very large selection of books, manga, magazines, comics, movies, and board games. The facility is mostly clean and organized with plentiful resources. It is known for its really nice playroom and a huge play area for children, plus a designated teen area. There is also a park outside. The staff are very kind, helpful, and personable. Self-checkout kiosks work perfectly for easy visits. The library hosts frequent events and classes, and a nearby farmers market adds extra things to do. This can cause parking to be hard to find at times. Some concerns are noted about the cleanliness of the children's play area, with toys needing more frequent cleaning. The presence of homeless individuals at the park outside is also mentioned. Overall, it is a very fun and beautiful library, described as a wonderful community constant and a favorite place to visit.

By far our favorite library! It is huge! We are a homeschool family so the library is a constant in our home. We love this one because there is a huge play area (plus a park outside!) And also a nice teen area inside as well. The staff are lovely. Also you can rent the chess game and play it outside at the park tables!... read full comment

Really nice playroom for the kiddos, really nice personable staff, clean facilities. My daughter’s favorite place to go!
