Divina is awesome! So kind and efficient. Helped so many at once. I was a walkin and still in and out in about 20 ish minutes. 2 days before when I did she had to verify test and proper way to conduct it .. she didn't hesitate and had it figured out in about an hour called and let me know I could get it done asap.. as it was a fasting and I didn't expect her to find out so quick I'd already ate.. shes amazing and I am so appreciative

I tried many times unsuccessfully to make an appt online. Each instance the time slot I chose was unavailable, time after time after time. Finally had to do an unannounced walk in to get service. Your website is terrible.

My recent visit was my second this year and both times I received excellent care. The facility is bright and clean, the online appointment service is so simple and I was greeted with a smile and no wait. The tech was clearly very practiced and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable in a situation that is typically unpleasant, having blood drawn. The lab work was promptly processed and my results were available quickly. I highly recommend this lab and especially the wonderful technician!

Office you have a kiosk to sign in. Once signed in you will be called in . easy and fast!

This clinic is total trash. I tried to go in twice to do a pre employment drug screening. I made my first appointment over the phone on the automated system. It let me make an appointment for the drug screen for 2:30pm. I show up. It turns out that they only do drug screening until 1 pm, and they close for lunch at noon and reopen at 1 pm. So I wasted one trip.
I made an appointment for the next day(today) at 10:30 am. My kids are on spring break, so I had to bring them. Turns out that kids are not allowed. There was no sign on the door, nor was I told in my confirmation email that children aren't allowed. Not everyone has someone to drop their kids off with. Some of us are alone. The lady was rude and just kept saying that she had kids, too.
2 times I wasn't given the correct information. This was the closest one to my house and now I have to go somewhere else. Think twice before using this clinic. They absolutely 100% don't care.

Tried to setup a drug screen appointment. It says right on their site that they provide them. Get to the select time screen and it says they do not accept urine test at this location. Try to call someone to setup an appointment, and all you get is an automated system with no information other than go online. And no option to talk to a representative.

I was taking in quickly. Everything was spotless and clean, and well kept. The phlebotomist did a good job. Everyone was very helpful! Sometimes they can be short-staffed. Two people working this location, so if one calls out it puts it overload on one person.

I checked in 15 minutes early in person. There were two people ahead of me, but I was called back within two minutes, had my sample collected, and was out the door in five. Tessa was very professional, efficient, and quick. Definitely recommend this place.

Tried to get a test done today and this is one of the worst places I have been to for this. There was only one staff member there and she was incredibly rude. The website give incorrect information about testing and whether appointments are required as they say they are not. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
